Camping car réservé de Brisbane à Cairns.
Véhicule mal préparé et présentant des équipements défaillants.
- fuite de la douche dans le couloir
- batterie cabine défaillante n’assurant que quelques heures de lumière et pompe à eau. Insuffisant pour une nuit complète en autonomie.
- frigo ne fonctionnant pas en roulage… sûrement lié à la batterie aussi.

Service d’assistance proposant des solutions mais on a autre chose à faire que résoudre ce qui doit être réparé avant le départ pendant nos vacances.

Le service est décevant.

It was a great experience for our first time using a motor home. They were generally really good with customer service and then having the van ready for travel on the day of. And they explained how to use the vehicle pretty well.

Great time, vehicle working perfectly, employees very kind to customers!

Great experience in the Sandpiper 2 berth starting in Cairns, up thru Cape Tribulation, then worked our way down the coast to drop off in Brisbane.

Staff at both ends were great.

We relocated a Sandpiper motorhome camper van Hobart to Brisbane. Wonderful adventure! Camper was flawless, comfortable and easy to drive at 6m long. Pick up-drop off process simply easy. Ish customer service in Brisbane was exceptional! Polite, kind and easy going. Hobart Wonderful also. Will do it again 🤩

The campervan almost drives itself. Very easy experience both with Hobart office and even more at drop off in Brisbane Freddy was nice and helpful, also gave me informations for my future time in QL. Really enjoyed the experience overall.

Would like to say we had an awesome experience from customer service (Ish is a legend and deserves a pay rise 😉) through to the drivability of the motorhome and the features. Was a bloody awesome experience, thamks Cruisin, we recommend highly.

We’ve hired a Campervan for three weeks. The service was very good, we’ve got an upgrade, thankful for that!

We had a great motorhome with Cruisin which was perfect for our family with 2 kids. The process for getting the motorhome and returning it was easy and smooth. Staff was very welcoming.

Fantastic experience, we had seven weeks in our Sandpiper van and I can honestly recommend using this company. The van ran smooth the whole time, no issues at all. The service on collection and return of the camper was excellent. Thank you so much Cruisin 🙂

Great service and awesome experience! Van was great and had no issues on the road - would use these guys again on my next camping trip. We used their lower end Go Cheap van and it was epic!
