Cruises.com are the best! They always have the best prices and have add-ons at no cost. Every time I cruise I call them! Last cruise was in Alaska and next cruise is in the Southern Caribbean. Julie Winsjansen is an excellent travel agent and always a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend cruises.com and Julie W!!

I booked a 20 day Meditterranian cruise with Cruises.com under the understanding that I would recieve 3% of the purchase price of about $4800 back via my Rakuten account. I took the cruise in April 2025. They are still advertising cash back via Rakuten but I have been unable to get them to honor this despite reaching out to them. Rakuten have made several attempts to reach out to them to no avail. Dishonest company, do not trust!

Within 10 minutes of booking, I realized I had erroneously booked a cruise for Nov 2026, instead of 2025. (I didn't even know it was possible to book a cruise 16 months in advance!) I immediately called them, but they refused to waive the $100 cancellation fee. Yes, I know it's in the fine print I agreed to, bit given the immediacy with which I caught my error, I thought they could have cut me some slack. So they get a big F.U. from me and will never get my business now. Don't give then yours either!

My agent was very knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, friendly and very thorough. She gave a detailed explanation and encouraged me to open an account to get points and other perks. She is outstanding. I highly recommend her and Cruises.

Booked a “deal” with them and was promised $700 on board credits but only got the $300 as they claimed I owed Princess cruise line. Our agent was always MIA and they sent constant emails threatening that our cruise would be cancelled for this money that they claimed in error was still owed. Worst experience ever! Would rather get rectal surgery rather than book using them again.

Easy to find the right choices. A real human when you need one for extra help being handicapped..

The person I worked with, Cristocia Carroll, very patiently processed our options with the cruise line and helped us pick the best option that suited our needs. She was very up beat and demonstrated great patience with us and her counterpart at Princess who appeared to be new.

The company does now allow US Legal Permanent Residents, with unexpired permanent legal residency and valid, unexpired, Cuban passport to book with them. This should be completely illegal, can book with any other company though, even the cruise companies themselves.
