Booked our 2028 trip through CruiseAbout and it was seamless. Our agent, Tom Liardo, was incredibly professional and secured an amazing balcony cabin. We always booked with Justin Ludbrig for years and years when he was at Flight Centre, now he’s at Cruise About he still looks after all our holiday needs and is exceptional, friendly and knows his stuff inside out. We would never book any holiday without him.
Cheers Justin,

Cruiseabout is like having a conversation with your family
My husband and I have never been on a cruise before and we went into Cruiseabout West Lakes to find out more about a holiday.
We spoke to Amber who not only answered all of our dumb questions without making us feel silly but managed to make us feel like we were having family conversation about cruising.
We booked a taster cruise and if we enjoy it we will be back talking to Amber from Cruiseabout to book New Zealand.
2 maggio 2026
Risposta di Cruiseabout
Kym, questions are exactly how we find the right cruise for you and the West Lakes team genuinely loves that part of the job. Starting with a taster cruise is a smart way to find your cruising style. We glad to hear New Zealand is firmly on the horizon.
