The app was easy to build at he back-end and use on the front-end, and we had lots of positive feedback from our conference delegates about the slick look of it. It was great to be able to customise the app to our exact specification and need. The Crowdcomms team were great support and informative, and really happy to help and troubleshoot when we needed it along the way.

Really good communication and support from the team on the lead up to the event and on the day itself. Fantastic experience!

Working with the teams at Crowdcomms is such a delight, they are open, honest, hard working and fun to be around! They all have a genuine enjoyment for their jobs and this really shows through in their support of clients and the support they provide.
They are very open and honest, if they can't do something for you they'll tell you!
The app they provided was a huge success and loved by our delegates. It's intuitive and easy to navigate around and has loads of brilliant features that supported our desire to be a paper-free event.

The team at Crowd Comms were phenomenal in not only providing a solution that executed our event requirements flawlessly, but also in supporting TTA throughout each stage of the event life cycle with patience and confidence.

Amazing platform features that allowed us to create a visually inviting, bespoke virtual platform for our event. Loved the ability to have interactive agendas, share key resources and create networking opportunities via breakout rooms and smart sessions. We had incredible support from our Client Support Manager throughout to make this event exactly as we wanted it! A few streaming hitches during the live event is the only reason for not giving the full 5 stars.

We (The Green Party) used Crowd Comms for our hybrid platform, voting system, and livestream for our Autumn Conference and it was a really good experience! Both in absolute and comparative terms.

In our experience, other platforms we have trialled focus too much on gimmicky virtual lobby / gamification stuff rather than getting the basics right. So it was a relief to find that Crowd Comms take a more serious and professional approach to hybrid events.

Highly recommend them for quality of support and functionality of the CMS and the user end platform. We will be sticking with them.

My five star rating is indicative of the connection made between each person I worked with from CrowdComms. From the initial 'pitch' to the final wrap up, Vanessa, Leah and Jordan provided a supportive, friendly and warm approach. This was my first experience working with event tech and I never felt patronised, just motivated to learn from Leah, who navigated me through the process with humour, helpful anecdotes, patience and professionalism. I highly recommend CrowdComms!

I'd like to offer my sincere appreciation for the efforts of the whole Crowd Comms team leading up to and during our annual conference. We used the app and kiosks at our last conference, which were praised by many and helped us to deliver an amazing, smooth and successful event. After being left unimpressed by the lack of flexibility and poor visual presentation of various other event apps available on the market, the team at ELN found our ideal solution in the CrowdComms app.

In addition to the huge cost-saving benefits of publishing event information on an app over traditional printed materials, the team appreciated the app’s flexibility and ability to provide instant updates in response to the spontaneity of real life. Last-minute changes were seamlessly filtered through to the attendees via in-app notifications and un-registered attendees, who arrived in place of colleagues, were attended to at the door and could download their agendas instantly.

We worked with CrowdComms on our recent annual conference where they provided the event app, badge kiosks, and lead capture app for exhibitors. From start to finish the experience working with CrowdComms was completely seamless. The entire team was incredibly helpful and patient, even when we threw last minute changes at them.

On the day, all the technology worked perfectly, and it was really helpful to have the CC team on hand to answer any user questions, and generally add support.

As part of our sustainability initiative, we have reduced the amount of printing produced for this event, so delegates had to use the app to find information. We had zero complaints about this on the day, and many delegates commented on how intuitive the app was to use.

Having the badge kiosks made the registration a breeze. We were able to get through 100s of delegates easily without queues forming. The kiosks also look really sleek and professional and are a great way to add extra sponsor branding.

We really enjoyed working with the whole CrowdComms team, they were all really friendly and quickly became part of the family. We really look forward to working with them again in future.

A great system to host your events on, easy to use and first class support from start to finish.

We had less than 6 weeks to launch a virtual annual membership meeting in CrowdComms. Our success manager, Sarah, showed us how to set up the features to our liking, customized the home page template option to our brand perfectly, and their development team made the tiniest adjustments in the platform that no other virtual event platform would do for any client! 11/10 overall experience.

I've been using Crowdcomms for hybrid and virtual events for seven months and have found it compares very well to other event platforms on the market.

Building out a branded event site is straightforward with the user interface being intuitive to use. There are enough features to accommodate most requirements for hybrid/virtual formats e.g. agendas, attendee/speaker lists, live polls/Q+A, networking functionality etc.

Most importantly for me the platform is robust and does not fall down due to coding bugs. Level of support from the Crowdcomms team is good.

We are extremely grateful to the CrowdComms team for their support, flexibility and professionalism - we couldn't have pulled off a successful Peatland Pavilion at COP26 without them - and may not have passed the planning stage when considering a hybrid event! Tom D & P were exceptional and a pleasure to work with on the front end and, as with previous events, Matt and Chloe are wonderful to work with behind the scenes - nothing short of safe hands!!
