Darcie was so helpful, I didn't feel like i had to wait very long at all for responses to my questions, she was a very genuine person and seemed excited for my event for me, she even checked in the day after to see how it went(and it was a sunday). the delivery process was smooth- i was able to track on my phone. The doughnuts themselves were of course delicious and the guests LOVED them. highly recommend- i see lots of comments about how expensive it is for doughnuts but honestly 140 doughnuts...that are the size of 2 everyday bakery doughnuts...i would not have got a weeding cake to feed that many AT ALL for the price i paid. PERFECT!

Didn’t deliver on the requested date. Was clearly some sort of web error but they wouldn’t listen to my feedback and did nothing to try to make it right. Wouldn’t purchase again

They were efficient despite ordering on the same day. Doughnuts were delicious! My favourite is the dark chocolate truffle

It's a real shame, we love the Crosstown donuts and have ordered delivery many times, but this time it was really disappointing. They used to make the donuts and deliver the same day, but now they seem to have changed delivery partners (whilst also increasing delivery costs) who picked the donuts up a full 24 yours before they were delivered to us and this was definitely reflected in the quality of the donuts when we got to eat them. This with the cost has put us off ordering again.

Used crosstown for our wedding day, was such a simple process and the doughnuts looked and tasted amazing on the day!

Darcie and Travis did everything they could to provide a fantastic service for us and they did not disappoint.
The staff that were provided on the days of our event were super lovely. We hired the ice cream freezer for a corporate event and from start to finish the whole process was easy and stress free, thanks guys :)

Great help getting a custom order for our wedding. Delivery was on time, clear storage instructions and everyone loved them 🫶

Crosstown's service was great but it was quite disappointing to say that the doughnuts did not met any expectations. Personally felt that it was way too dense and dry to be called a doughnut - applies to all the flavour in the box. It gave more of a bagel vibes.
