Amazing fabric

Very happy with these fashionable sheets! Nice crispy texture en different colors. Mix & match.

The company was unable to deliver my order, constantly postponing updates from their side. In the end, I never received my item. The communication with their service was terrible. I had to write multiple emails to get any response. I am very disappointed with this experience.

Lovely bedding!

The fabric is very thin and fragile despite a high price.
The shipment costs 20€ within EU.
The return costs 8,90€.

The sheets I received did not match the color or quality that is advertised, however, the customer service team was extremely helpful so I have no bad words for the service by crispsheets!

I recently bought the 240x220 down duvet and the crisp sheets in americano. ive been sleeping in linen sheets for years and the cotton is definitely not super soft at firs but looks amazing (and gets smoother in time), it's nice to have another texture in the room and the dark colour adds such a sense of calm. it's always tricky to tell which colour exactly you are getting but i am quite happy!
and the down duvet is to die for– perfect size for a single person or to share with a partner. no more terminal fetal position to cover the entire body, even with my legs spread out i can tuck the duvet easily under my feet while having it pulled up to my ears. i found it essential that the brand uses recycled down, otherwise i would have never invested in bedding like this. the duvet is really soft and puffy and looks luxurious and inviting on my bed, if i had had the money years ago i would have bought it sooner! it keeps me really warm during the cold winter, i hope it'll be just as nice when summer comes along.

The duver cover set I ordered was not available anymore. Something went wrong. No problem, just disappointed, will try again next time.

Poor quality

Ordered pillowcases, and washed them once conform the instructions.
After washing once, the sateen pillowcases were completely faded, and pilled.
I didn't expect this for the price I paid for this product! Very bad price quality ratio.

I own two complete Sateen Tencel sets from this brand. While the colours and the design are super nice and can't be found like this anywhere else, I’m not too sure about the quality and the whole concept unfortunately. I feel like Tencel as bedsheets is completely overhyped. Crisp Sheets claim that the sheets are anti-bacterial and won’t get dirty as easily as other fabrics. The tencel sheets have been in use for eight months now and I feel like rather the opposite is true, they get greasy and very smelly very easily even though I’m someone who doesn’t sweat much and I have never experienced this with any other bedding before. For example: I own a percale set from a different brand which I bought over ten years ago, they are very easy to clean (can be washed on up to 60 degrees which I feel is much more hygienic than the max of 40 degrees for Crisp Sheets’ tencel bedding), do not have one scratch even though have been used very often and they never smell when I take them off. I They also cost me about 1/3 of the price of Crisp Sheets!! I don’t think that my Crisp Sheets stuff will last that long as the older set is already pilling and disintegrating. I wrote to the customer service about this, they gave me the option to send it back for free for a full refund but it wasn’t a good option for me as they don’t have this design anymore which I would have really liked to keep. When I told them this, I didn’t get an answer with any another solution (e.g. a full or partial refund - depending on the severity of impaired quality - or a discount which is usual in such cases).
What also bothers me is the same as what someone else wrote: Why do the pillow case and the blanket covers have different closing (overlap enclosure vs. buttons)? This doesn’t make much sense and I have to say for both I’d rather prefer a zipper anyway. In one pillow case I had a zipper sewn in because the pillow tends to fall out of the case even though the case should have the same measurements as the pillow (80 x 80 cm) which leads me to my next complaint: Their overall fit is not good, the stuff is too big for the measurements which are given! I have seen someone complain about this too.
The older set I bought about six months before the second one had threads hanging out all over, this shouldn’t be the case for bedding which costs 300€ for the smallest size…

De dekbedovertrekken zijn comfortabel, maar kreuken enorm in de droger.

Everything went smooth and I’m in love with the products! It’s not cheap but so worth it. My bed feels like cloud 9 now!

Mooi product, snelle levering

Vandaag (11 dagen na het bestellen) de hoeslakens ontvangen. De bestelling was zoekgeraakt bij DHL.
Verpakt in een mooie doos en met een leuke kaart erbij.
Hoeslakens zien er goed uit. Kleur komt goed overeen met wat ik verwachtte.
Hopelijk is het ook zo strijkvrij als beloofd.
Helaas kreuken de overtrekken enorm in de droger. Als je ze niet in de droger doet maar ergens overheen gooit om te drogen, is er geen kreuk maar wel gladde plekken op de drukpunten. Eigenlijk gaat het alleen goed als je het nat ophangt, helemaal uitgevouwen en met wasknijpers vastzet op de hoeken. Dat krijg ik niet voor elkaar in mijn huis e/of tuin. Helaas…
