Behulpzame helpdesk
Ik kocht de bruine plaid maar de kleur klopte jammer genoeg niet met de aanwezige kleuren bij ons in huis. Ik kon de plaid niet ruilen dus heb ik een retourticket gekocht; de plaid dezelfde dag teruggestuurd en twee nieuwe besteld; witte.
Deze zijn aangekomen en prachtig. Wij zijn er heel blij mee.
Maar ondertussen was de retour nog niet afgehandeld. Volgens een door mij ontvangen e-mail was de geretourneerde plaid bij CrispSheets aangekomen. Maar volgens de helpdesk was dat niet zo.
Hester (helpdesk) heeft ontzettend haar best gedaan om te achterhalen waar de retour gestuurde plaid is. Deze is onvindbaar. DHL is het pakket waarschijnlijk kwijt geraakt.
Ik krijg het geld van de geretourneerde plaid teruggestort en CrispSheets verdient hiermee een grote pluim.
Met dank aan Hester. Dat kan niet onvernoemd blijven.

De kleur is prachtig
De kleur is prachtig, de stof wat ruw. Klantenservice was zeer behulpzaam en meldde meteen dat een besteld artikel niet meer leverbaar was.

Al jaren tevreden van de kwaliteit, snelle levering, ziet er ook heel mooi uit. Ook perfect voor grote formaten, wat je niet altijd overal kan terugvinden!

Snelle verzending
Snelle verzending, prachtig product. Hou van jullie producten, als het kon kocht ik alle dekbedden en lakens van jullie. Wel jammer dat de hele verpakking gescheurd aankwam. En er geen kaartje, krantje of iets anders bij in zat.

De kleur van het dekbedovertrek was anders dan op de foto, veel donkerder en daardoor veel minder mooi. I.p.v. heel licht grijs en grijs.

Poor cisyomw
Very Disappointed. Poor Customer Service and Product Mismatch
I spent over €200 on a bedding set from Crisp Sheets, expecting quality and a coordinated look. What I received was far from that.
The duvet cover and pillowcases are visibly mismatched in color not a minor batch variation, but clearly different shades. On top of that, I received the wrong color bedsheet entirely.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that exchanges are not possible, and that I should just place a new order myself. This is unacceptable I should not have to spend more money to fix a mistake that was not mine.
I was also offered a 15% discount on the pillowcases, which doesn’t solve anything. I’m not looking for a partial refund , I simply want:
• A matching duvet cover and pillowcases
• The correct bedsheet color I originally ordered
To make matters worse, I asked them to respond quickly as I’m going away on holiday and needed clarity. I received no meaningful help. Their response so far has been dismissive and unhelpful, which is extremely disappointing from a company that claims to offer premium products and service.

Mooi beddengoed
Snel geleverd, mooie verpakking, doos in doos, kwaliteit echt top, voelt heel luxe. Ook na het wassen, benieuwd naar het vervolg zeg maar over een aantal maanden en aantal keren in de wasmachine

Order was incomplete
Order was incomplete. Received a wrong item and another item was missing. Contacted the customer service, took several days to get a response. Need the send the wrong item back and they will send me the correct item (if still available because its on item on sale). Need to print the returnlabel but since I dont have a printer I will have to arrange something for that. Have purchased several times before but am a bit disappointed by this service.

Heerlijk beddengoed
Heerlijk en sfeervol beddengoed, ik koop alleen nog maar Crisp Sheets. Droogt binnen een uur als ik het buiten hang! Kleuren blijven mooi ook na vaker wassen, stof voelt zacht. Zou het 100% aanraden.
