Zero stars! You lied to me. I asked about garden lights, if they are heavy. I told I can not have Light lughts, because of very string wind by see. Now I got lughts snd they are Light! I can't sent them back, of can onky painoin myself shipping. You are lier! So dissapoint about that store. Please, dont order! 🤬

Doe-het-niet! Winkel lijkt Zweeds. Lekker betrouwbaar. Maar de website is een vaag tussenpersoon voor Chinese rommel. Er is geen retour policy. Je moet mailen als je wilt retourneren, maar dan gaan ze heel moeilijk doen. Als je uiteindelijk een retouradres krijgt, is dat, jawel, in China. Zie dat maar eens terug te sturen en ook nog je geld terug te krijgen. Ze bieden zelfs aan een deel van het aankoopbedrag terug te storten en dan mag je het product houden. Hoezo, veel te veel betaald. Trap er niet in!

I inquired about their Periodic Table of the Elements product. I had a specific question about why the element mercury (Hg) appeared orange in their product. Elemental mercury is silver, so the fact that it appears as orange in this unit makes no sense.

The answer I received was absurd — they said that the mercury sample was dyed orange for “safety reasons”. That makes absolutely no sense, as dying mercury orange doesn’t make it any less toxic, and it is sealed inside an acrylic base, so there’s no exposure to its toxicity, regardless.

So, as a PhD chemist, I totally debunk their contention, and so I have absolutely no confidence in them as a company. I highly recommend you avoid doing business with Creative.Lighting !

Please don't buy from this company. The products are weak - I have bought more than one, and 3 of them do not work. Their refund policy is a joke.
The Customer Service is terrible - I still have not had any replacement for faulty lights - over a dozen emails and still waiting

Sadly I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. The website advertises they are a Swedish company. BUT products are made in CHINA and of poor quality.
You are not able to return for a full refund. They will only give $20 back (product was $87) or a credit to buy more of the same. SHAMEFUL

De giver kunder et trackingnummer der intet siger andet end at pakken er på vej. ALTSÅ VÆK ER PENGENE, men ingen varer. Køb IKKE fra dem det er ét stort svindelnummer

Their product is extremely poor. Rechargeable lights… it lasts 30 sec then you need to charge 1 hour again… you want to return??? No chance. You get voucher to buy that poor quality products more.

I ordered a butterfly light it arrived all falling apart and not put together ,I emailed them and they without asking just sent another one ,this one was faulty as well ,I emailed them saying I want a refund and u can have your rubbish goods back they ignored me saying nothing

I hope they go bust ,every company should let a customer of goods are unsatisfactory get a refund ,ignoring a customer is disgusting ,I budget for my money and deserve better service

The table lamp I ordered has a nice, soft glow that works great for evenings. It's not too bright but just enough for reading. It took around 8 days to arrive.

Honestly pretty underwhelmed.
It’s now over a week since I ordered the goods and no sign that they are arriving any time soon.
From what I can see the company are based in Sweden but the products come from China. This should be made clear. The event we needed the product for has passed so, highly likely this will be sent back.

Update as at 29th November.
now 21 days since I paid for this item, nothing, no delivery, no goods. when I check they say

"we can't find the shipment so we have shipped it again. don't worry its definitely shipped, we are just giving it a new number"

Not quite sure that's how it works. I asked for a refund but apparently I have to wait for the delivery before I can do that.....

I feel a chargeback coming on ;-)

We bought a Cordless Wall Art Light in Black / 40cm.
It was easy to mount & looked good on the wall.
Unfortunately it takes 4 hrs to charge & lasts only 8 hrs, not the 12-20hrs as advertised! Like most other cordless tools where you need a spare battery when the charge runs out, I presumed you would be able to buy another lamp & have it fully charged ready to go. Unbelievably Creative lighting won't sell you another light only, so I had to buy another unit & now I have a bracket, charging cable & remote control I don't need - crazy!!

Nul stjerner! Det her er svindel. Hvis man trykker på 5 stjerner eller 4 stjerner, ligger der ingen anmeldelser. Hvordan kan det overhovedet lade sig gøre, Trustpilot? Jeg føler mig snydt – både her og på grund af hjemmesiden.

Produkterne er ikke produceret i Sverige, men kommer fra Kina. Ingen af linkene virker i forhold til forsendelsen. Jeg plejer ellers altid at tjekke ting grundigt, men denne gang var det et ønske fra min mand, og han er normalt så grundig, at jeg ikke tænkte videre over det.

Først da jeg havde betalt, og ordrebekræftelsen dukkede op, så det hele meget mistænkeligt ud. Jeg skrev med det samme til dem for at annullere ordren – men som alle andre skriver, var det sjovt nok ikke muligt!

Når jeg tracker PostNord-ordrenummeret, findes det selvfølgelig ikke. Når man skriver til dem, får man svar fra en “sød, ung pige” ved navn Ebba. Gad vide, hvem der har fået stjålet sin identitet – eller om det er AI!

Kæmpe fup-hjemmeside! Bestil ikke fra dem!

No easy returns. No return address provided; customer service must be contacted. They respond with automated emails and credit notes, but without actual return information. No Danish design, everything is Chinese.

Over priced and very, very poor quality.......absolute rip off and completely dodgy.....I wish I had looked at these other reviews before I made a purchase. Buyer beware!!!!!

J’ai acheté 4 spots de jardin à recharge solaire chez Creative.Lighting au prix promotionnel de 80€ + une boule de jardin de 20cm de diamètre au prix promotionnel de 100€. Quel mauvais achat. Tous les produits sont de qualité très médiocre et cette société me propose un discount de 25€ si je garde les produits.
Comme je place mon commentaire sur les réseaux, ils m’ont signalé que maintenant ils refusaient de m’accorder ce faible discount. Mais je préfère perdre 25€ et vous informer.
Un bon conseil, n’achetez rien chez eux. Même avec 50% de réduction, cela ne vaut absolument pas son prix. A fuir !!!
J’ai tout simplement jeté mon argent à la poubelle.

Very disappointed – low quality and overpriced
We ordered two lamps from Creative Lighting, and both looked very different in real life compared to the pictures online. What appeared black in the photos turned out to be a grey/silver color. The craftsmanship is poor, and the materials feel cheap and flimsy. For the price we paid, we expected much better quality. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Creative Lighting and will not order again.
