Horrible company never received my product. No one responds back to me. It’s been a year. All I want is my refund for the product haven’t received either. They’re a total scam. Don’t waste your money or your time.

I’ve been using ruby for 3 months now. I wish my results were better but my hair loss was quite severe. Seeing a lot of new growth now around my hair line and partline. It’s taken a little longer than expected but I’m much more hopeful now that I’m seeing the growth. I’m going to keep consistent and see what happens

I have not used the tool long enough to share my true experience but the customer support received was excellent. Although there was a bit of a misunderstanding and confusion - everything was still settled. It was thanks to the assistant on instagram for actively working on my concern.

I am still trying the comb and strum (has been about a week or so, will update later on if it’s working I think my hair is thinning more.

I STILL HAVNT RECEIVED THE OTHER PART OF MY ORDER AFTEr 3 EMAILS.

I got the comb, serum, and gummies and still havnt gotten the gummies even thought they say they were delivered.

Non-responsive "Customer Service". "Creation of Beauty" is a scam company and a total joke. Don't fall for it. Their Customer Service team must have been asleep at the wheel, because after all the headaches and turmoil I experienced with this transaction, they actually emailed me and asked that I'd leave a review.

Company is horrible. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I purchased an item over $200 last December. I never received it never got any compensation. Nobody responds. I would never purchase from them. They’re fake. They’re a scam and they’re the worst.

They don't respond to any of my emails and there is no way to cancel my monthly subscription.

I’d give zero stars if possible. The product was useless. I tried to return and paid for shipping. I didn’t return the serum. they clearly stated it was not refundable so why waste the time. After asking multiple times they claim they won’t refund because the non refundable serum wasn’t included in my return. Of course they won’t return the device and won’t give a penny back. This company is a joke.

Update 06/17/25: I had to pay to ship the return to the warehouse in Tampa - and it took some effort to clarify what the return process was and what the address was to ship to. For these reasons - and for the disappointing quality of a clearly overpriced item (Ruby brush) - my experience with the company is mediocre overall. Jasmine from customer service handled my return and I have been refunded for my purchase. I appreciate that she got it handled. // UPDATE 06/07/25: I got a reply after this review was posted. The person in charge of return requests had been unexpectedly out and apparently there is not a back-up coverage in place. It took a round of back and forth but I was given the address of a warehouse in Tampa, FL to send the return on my own dime. I will be glad to update this review upon successful completion of the return and refund. // 06/04/25: BEWARE. Fraudulent behavior. No assistance to return the unused item. 24/7 customer support is a flat out lie. Received the Ruby bundle via delivery on 05/26/25 (order #5404) Reached out 05/31 stating the item quality is not what I expected and I’d like to return the item. Clearly well within the supposed 90 day guarantee. (It is fully unused and the serum never unwrapped.) Got an automated bounce-back reply saying I’d hear back within 24 hours. Nothing. I followed up on 06/02, 06/04 and 06/05. Nothing. Their site shows no number to call and only the same email address as the one for which they have been fully unresponsive.

ZERO. This company deserves ZERO STARS. The product never arrived even tracking said “delivered” with a Chinese shipping company tracking number. They told me check on post office and I went there and post office said they should have given me USPS tracking number if they really transferred the product there. Sure enough they didn’t give me one because why? IT WAS NEVER TRANSFERRED TO A USPS. Once you follow up to their customer team about that, they will ghost you and never reply. BIG SCAM!

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered beginning of December, and still have not received product even though it says it shipped. Shipping stops in NY, and their customer service department literally hasn’t responded to my 6 emails that I have sent asking for updates and finally a refund. I had to go through my credit card company to file a fraud claim - hopefully get my $ back. I do not recommend buying from this company AT ALL.

Shortly after ordering the product, I got an email stating that something went wrong with shipping and communication. I immediately sent an email stating that I would just like to cancel my order. No response so I continue to reach out with several emails.After two weeks I finally got an email back from them stating that they could not do that.
I still have not received my product and cannot get them to return an email after multiple attempts.
At this point, I’m going to contact my credit card and try to get a refund through them. I would definitely not recommend ordering this product from this company.

Update as of 1/27/2025
I finally received the product and they promised to help me return it but no one will get back with me.
They also asked me to remove my review and had they taken care of the problem I would have but since I didn’t remove it they won’t respond.
I guess my next step is to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Purchased for my sister as a late birthday/early Xmas gift--horrible mistake. The Ruby will not power on, and despite multiple attempts to contact COB, they are ignoring me. I will be disputing charge on my credit card.

In response to COB reply: not ONE of the TWO emails you sent today offered a replacement. The first contained instructions for properly charging it-when I replied that it would not charge AT ALL you sent the 2nd email stating there could be a problem with the charging cord and I could either BUY a new cord on Amazon (you included link) or contact you back to send another cord.

Again, NEITHER OF THE * TWO * EMAILS OFFERED A REPLACEMENT.
If they had I would have immediately accepted the offer since COB sent me a defective item.

I ordered the Ruby and was able to follow the tracking information via the number they gave me. I live in CA and my product was sitting in a postal locker in Minnesota for 2 weeks. When I reached out to Creation of Beauty, they first said that it wasn't their fault I didn't receive my product and that I needed to contact the delivery company in Minnesota to track down my product. When I said it wasn't my fault either and that I no longer wanted the product and I wanted a refund, they told me that it was an error on their end and they would ship me a new product. I practically begged them not to do that and received snarky back and forth messages with whomever is in charge of their customer service. They then again said it wasn't their fault I never received my product. I told them to not waste their money on sending me a new product and just give me refund. They said that would take time. And that was the last I heard from them. I contacted my bank and filed a claim giving them all of my communication with the company. 2 days after I contacted my bank, a new product shows up. I was never told I was getting it. When I contacted them and said I didn't want it and how do I return it, they were angry I called the bank and filed a dispute. They said not to contact them anymore since I contacted the bank. I said that the because I received the product the dispute would be no longer and I want to return it. They would not respond. Got the letter from my bank saying that since I got the product they were removing the credit they gave me while they were researching the dispute and they reinstated the charge. I contacted the company again sending them proof of the letter and requesting to return the product. They have not responded to any of my messages.

For anyone who wants to buy from this company. Just beware that they will ship the order from their warehouse in Ningbo, Zhejiang 315100 even though the company is based in Italy.
I ordered the ruby brush from them through instagram Order #1983 on Sept 20 & received it on Oct 7.
Nothing was wrong with the product when I received it
I decided to return because a friend gave me something similar. I contacted customer service but since nothing is wrong with the Brush they won't offer free shipping for return. The shipping fee is more than the price of the brush so I have to keep it and wasted my money.

Even though I haven't used the brush, just by looking at it, I doubt it works because there are only a few red lights on the brush. It is not strong enough to stimulate your scalp and regrow hair.

Just do your homework before you buy anything international. Make sure to ask if they ship it from China etc because the shipping cost is not cheap.
