Ordered 4 bras and returns/refund never issued due to outrageous requirements for return costs..
Ordered 4 bras with this company. Items were the wrong size and wanted to return and have a refund. The company is Chinese and runs under another name Greystone Hospitality co. Ltd.
Company would not give return information after numerous emails. Had to involve PayPal claim and company will not send correct address information.
Complete scammers!!! Don't order anything.
They keen wanting to send "compensations" amounts of €4, then €6, €12 and now €17. The return amount is €44,98...nothing less.
After continual ignorance of the return request, I was asked by the provider to send the articles back via registered mail (tracking number). To do this correctly, the German Postal office told me that the costs would be €49,00!!! These costs would not be covered by the provider. I would have to pay them privately.
I have received no compensation for the incorrect goods or the return and have not had a reply concerning anything else from this provider.
Do not buy from them!
Absolutely disgusting!!
