Joe has been great, very helpful and made the set of my card machine super easy ! He also responded quickly to any questions I had too.

We had a very old terminal and never used to hear from the company we was with, billing didn’t make sense and was hard to even get a bill. The yearly forms that had to be filled were confusing also.
We had a rep call in and at first we all thought “oh here we go” but he was very kind a polite and explained what he could offer us.
It’s been a couple of months now and it’s absolutely brilliant. Kevin came back, set up the terminal, showed us how to use the online invoicing and demonstrated how to use the new terminal, which is super quick.
He even came back 3 weeks later to help with the compliance forms!

I had Kevin Morris come to see me and after being lied to by many companies in the past I was a little skeptical.
But wow…he delivered on all of his promises, I can’t be happier.

I have to say i have no regrets and the whole process was made super easy by a chap called Raj Channa. I cant recommend his services enough and he has been amazing from day one. Matt Thackeray was super helpful from the get go, quick responses, ease of set up with the machine and account. Greats transparency in the details and helped me terminate my previous contract with my other supplier.

sales rep came in advising lower rates for card transactions and monthly fee, however bill after bill came with more and more charges, they did not save us money at all, we were paying £19 a month charge when create pay conned us it went to £45 a month!

Excellent service and ongoing support from CreatePay. Our contact Mr Parker has been extremelly helpful and assisted all the way in transitioning from our previous supplier. Highly recommend

What a great experience in dealing with createpay. Daniel walley was polite and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and set the card machine up with ease. He made sure that I had no problems in using the machine. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Dan came in just with some information on the card readers not in a pushy way like most I’ve had pop in his approach was amazing informative and straight to the point! Everything from that point has been made fast and easy and couldn’t recommend his service enough!
