The Staff are very helpful and understanding they looked after me very well. I had a fresh embryo transfer which led to a successful implantation, currently 7 weeks pregnant. Very happy with create fertility I will definitely be using them again in the future.

A very caring clinic who work really hard to ensure you get good results. Highly recommend and will be visiting for siblings!

Our experience at CREATE fertility cannot be faulted, we felt empowered with all the decisions and steps along the way. My experience at CREATE Birmingham has been a very positive one. Our IVF journey was a bit of a bumpy ride but all of the staff at the clinic were always kind and caring, helpful and informative. They took time to explain everything and let us ask questions.

Well where do I start? Let's start from.the beginning.

I decided after alot of research to undergo a consultation at the Birmingham clinic as I really liked the sound of mild IVF.
From our first initial consultation we knew this was the right direction for us.
The team are absoloutly fantastic, knowledgeable and so kind. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole experience has been brilliant.

Our first round of IVF with a fresh transfer was unfortunately unsuccessful, following that we had a natural FET which was also unsuccessful. We were lucky enough to undergo another full round. I ended up with mold OHSS and was unable to transfer.... Dr Felix recommended when discussing another transfer to have some investigations before the next cycle which I did alongside having some time out before another round.

Earlier this year, we decided the time was right to undergo a further FET. Fortunately this cycle was successful and we have now have our beautiful baby and had our first christmas which we never thought we would.

I can't thank Create enough and everyone involved in our journey.
We are looking forward to returning next year to see if we can give our baby a sibling.

Had a minor blip with communication at the beginning of our process which delayed our process a couple of times, however our overall experience has been good.
Friendly and helpful staff from the receptionists to nurses and doctors. Clear plan of action when treatment plan was designed and it was all tailored depending on me and how I reacted to the medication. We have now a wonderful little boy with the support of CREATE fertility.
Also offered financial support if required.
Overall experience very good and would highly recommend if anyone is looking to go through IVF procedure.

The staff here were very friendly throughout our journey, they gave us all the information we needed and wanted and gave us guidance where needed. Our journey was long try IUI with myself and was unsuccessful so instead of continuing with myself as a married couple we decided to try IVF with my wife and after just one go we are now the proud parents of a beautiful baby girl. The team at Birmingham make you feel at ease and relaxed the whole way through your process. Everything is explained in detail and they are so friendly, helpful and supportive. We finally got a positive test after our second try with ivf and the team was extremely pleased and happy for us when the results came in. Couldn’t fault them at all. I was attracted to the Create ethos due to the demands of my work life and wanted to minimise the impact and medications would have on me. I started with IUI but moved onto IVF as didn't want to lose anymore time. Three rounds later and I'm so happy to say I now have 3 month old boy girl twins. Though the journey was long, Create were supportive every step of the way. They clearly discussed options and adjustments to the regiment to allow me to achieve my end goal. All interactions I had with the team were excellent and they seemed genuinely invested in my journey. I can't thank the team enough. Would highly recommend Create. Thank you

After receiving treatment with many other fertility clinics, including a very well known clinic in Central London with no success, we eventually decided to try Create Birmingham. From the lovely reception team, to the nurses, embryologists, anesthesiologists, everyone was very helpful. But special mention has to go to Dr. Datta. I felt that he was interested in trying his best to make sure I had every chance possible to make it work. I had attended four clinics before Create Birmingham and never met a doctor as committed as Dr. Datta. Apart from being professional and determined, he was also interested with me on a personal level too, trying his best to fit my treatment around my complicated travel arrangements. His helpful attitude had so much to do with me keeping positive throughout the process. I would even go as far as saying at times he felt like a father figure as he was so determined to try his best to look after me. On the few rare occasions he was not available for some of my appointments, Dr. Felix stepped in and she was just as kind and professional also.
Dr. Datta was the one doctor in the end who listened to my concerns that I had endometriosis (after all the other clinics dismissed my concerns) and identified the possibility that this might be the case from one of my ultrasound scans. This was very easily treated and the next cycle that I had straight after the removal of the endometriosis was successful. I am happy to report that the pregnancy went smoothly and I now have a happy healthy baby boy after 5 years of unsuccessful treatment elsewhere.
If you are thinking of attending Create Birmingham I can say with no doubt that I highly recommend it. The best doctor and team around!!

Create has a fantastic ethos and was the only place where we could access IVF with minimal drug intervention. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the doctors know their stuff. I've given four rather than five stars as I wish we had had a named contact throughout our treatment - there were times when I felt we were just another face passing through. But on the whole there was a lot of warmth during treatment and this helped to make the process slightly easier.

We used Birmingham clinic as we were travelling from Scotland. Our treatment was not successful but got so close. Dr Felix and in particular Nurse Victoria could not have done more for us. Both went beyond their professional role. Communication was key for us and it was outstanding. Highly recommend!

My experience with Create Fertility, Birmingham has been brilliant so far! Every single member of staff there are amazing- they are warm, friendly and really make you feel like they care. Throughout my treatment I have felt confident that my health is their number one priority and I love their focus on quality over quantity. I would highly recommend Create fertility, Birmingham.
