I have used both St Paul's in 2016/2017 and more recently since 2019 Birmingham. I have 2 beautiful daughters from one full round of IVF from 2016 of which 7 embryos were produced, in total i had 6 frozen embryo transfers (last transfer was a double) and although more transfers didn't work than did my procedure was always the same apart from a slight drug amendment in my last few rounds. I much preferred having treatment in the Birmingham clinic as it was more personable as I almost always saw the same doctor but in St Paul's at every appointment I always saw someone different. I would recommend thr clinic as a whole but Birmingham clinic much better experience.

The team at Create Birmingham looked after us from start to finish of our treatment. We had an unsuccessful cycle first time round but the clinic were supportive to us through this. Following a frozen embryo transfer 18 months later after our first cycle, this resulted in a pregnancy and we have just had a successful live birth to a beautiful baby boy.
We can’t thank the clinic enough for everything they did. Special thanks to Dr Felix and Paul in the lab. Also the nurse Sam.

I can’t thank Create enough for what they did for us. After just one round of mild IVF, we have a beautiful healthy baby girl in our arms. They were truly excellent every step of the way and always made us feel completely supported. I would honestly recommend them to anyone looking to go through IVF and will certainly be going back to them in the future when we are ready for our next round.

We have been lucky enough to have a baby with the help of Create. Right from the start, they have been informative, organised, communicative and compassionate. Every step of our IVF journey has been explained brilliantly and we have always been looked after by the team who really understand the struggles with infertility. The admin/customer team are super responsive to phone calls and emails which is excellent during what is a very difficult/stressful/emotional situation. We had a lot of interaction with our clinic in Birmingham over two years - and although failing with the first two rounds - became pregnant on our third attempt. The team of consultants and nurses show great support and treat you as an individual rather than just a patient and the continuity of care is fantastic. And, even during Covid, were still able to meet with us to continue our transfer. After 4 long years of trying to conceive without any joy, Create have helped to make our dream come true and we now have an 8week old baby boy. Thank you 😊

We chose create fertility after 6 years of unexplained fertility issues. We had our 1st round on the NHS which wasn't the greatest experience and unfortunately failed. Create fertility was recommended and I'm so glad we went ahead with them. 1st class treatment..clear and precise explanation about the process. Treatment plan made to the individual. Always there for help and support. Pleasent and polite always. Positive cycle for us. Baby now 4 weeks old. Will be going back for baby number 2 🤞

Where do I start I can not praise Create Fertility high enough. They have been amazing throughout our journey. So kind, supportive and caring. Nothing is ever to much trouble. All staff from Doctors to nurses to admin are always happy to help. Special call out to Dr Data who's skills as a Dr have gotten us to where we are today with our little miracle baby girl ❤️ and to Jo our patient coordinator who was always on hand when I needed anything and the nurses who constantly answered my worries. Thank you all. We will be back in near future.

We would recommend the Birmingham clinic. The staff were friendly and we were very lucky that ICSI worked for us on our first cycle and we have a top grade embryo which we had frozen. Our cycle was self funded so it was important that we found the right clinic for us. We now have a healthy baby girl who is 8 weeks old.

Create fertility Birmingham helped in our journey to bring our little man who will be 2months in a couple of days time. The staff are amazing and show genuine interest in your health and well being even after treatment. Would definitely recommend this clinic. There are really no words of praise all I can say is thank you for making our dream become reality.

Our first treatment cycle was successful and although I know that we are especially lucky that this was the case, I am forever grateful for the fantastic team at abc harley St and Create Birmingham for helping us to bring home our precious little girl. We cannot fault the service we received at CREATE (Birmingham). From the very beginning of our fertility journey, and even up until now (after the birth of our beautiful baby boy), the service and all staff have been excellent. We had a very thorough initial consultation which picked up a complex thyroid problem, which had never even been looked at before by other fertility clinics. We were supported at every step of our journey and our treatment was 100% catered to us. The clinic was flexible and accommodated for our needs. The clinic was very prompt with correspondence and we always felt listened to. Going with CREATE was the best decision we ever made and we will always be grateful for their service.

The whole team at create were beyond lovely, they were friendly and caring throughout. they made us feel comfortable and at ease. i would highly recommend the clinic, they went above and beyond. it was reassuring being in a very professional environment especially with the current covid situation. the clinic had all the measures in place to ensure that all patients and staff were safe at all times. Dr Datta was absolutely FAB! Thank you for making our experience a good one :-)

We had our 2nd round of ivf with create in Birmingham after having our 1st round a year before at a different clinic which unfortunately resulted in a miscarriage.
From the minute we stepped into the clinic and were greeted by the girls on reception knew we’d made the right decision changing clinics we were made to feel so comfortable and relaxed.
The whole team were fantastic and I can’t thank them all enough for the care we received especially the fact we had treatment during covid we never felt this impacted the care we received.
The team were so thorough, the communication from them to us was fantastic. We had much better result this time round with 3 viable embryos.
Our beautiful baby girl was born on 2.6.2021 she wouldn’t be here without create!! So Thank you times one hundred. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone that is having IVF. Should we decide to try for another we won’t hesitate to go back.

From the very start of our fertility journey with Create they encouraged us to have a positive mindset and we felt fully informed through every step of the journey, from our initial consultation to our personalised treatment. At every step, we were checked in on by the team which was really nice as it is an emotional journey. Although our journey had its ups and downs we are now proud parents of a happy, healthy and beautiful baby girl.

We had given up on IVF treatment after numerous failed experiences. It was only when we attended a virtual seminar at Create Fertility that it just clicked and felt right to give it one last attempt with Create. From the first consultation, the staff were great. Although we were being treated in the midst of the pandemic, the treatment we received was excellent. During the treatment we felt very comfortable with both the staff and consultant. They were always on hand when we needed to speak to them, the continuous close monitoring was totally different to past experience. I would highly recommend Create Fertility to anyone who is going through unsuccessful pregnancy. They are highly professional and treat you as family rather than a customer.

Thank you so much Create fertility Birmingham for everything you did for us which resulted in our beautiful baby boy who is now 4 weeks old. We came to Create fertility after trying ivf elsewhere and the experience there was horrible. I found the meds were too strong for me and I had to keep stopping and starting my treatment which messed up my body and cost us a small fortune. Create fertility were very different and they offered a mild course of treatment which worked a treat on my body because I still felt like myself at the end of the treatment. We did 4 cycles, 3 of which were positive with the last one resulting in our take home baby. We can’t thank the team enough! They were brilliant and very welcoming especially Victoria! They made us feel at ease even to the last detail of playing our favourite song during the transfer just to make us feel relaxed. I can’t stop singing their praise to anyone who cares to listen and if you are planning on taking this journey, trust me you need the right people around you who treat every concern with the outmost care and Create fertility did just that for us. I will always highly recommend them and be forever grateful for our beautiful baby boy!
