Create Academy online courses are a great way to learn new skills and get inspiration to craft, design and gardening projects. The videos are beautifully edited and visually compelling, and I find myself referring back to my favourite courses and episodes regularly whilst working on my own projects. There are some really good and practical teachers, Rita Konig, The Land Gardeners, Troy Scott Smith, Sarah Raven, Julius Arthur, Micaela Sharp, to name a few. The only disappointing ‘course’ for me has been the one by Reena Simon, which felt more like interviewing a blogger who had renovated their own home than learning from someone who understands what design is and how it gets applied in different environments. My hope for the future is that the content would remain down-to-earth and practical enough for people who actually love doing their own gardening, making things and fixing stuff around the house. Of course there are jobs that require hiring a professional, but I still find that the teachers that put their hands in the clay leave me most inspired and ready to implement my learnings in real life, which for me is the point of learning. Before the annual subscription was available, I purchased a few individual courses. However, now that the content bank is so substantial, I would recommend the annual subscription to anyone. That leaves less pressure on a single course to deliver exactly what one was hoping for, while also introducing teachers and courses one was not particularly interested in – until starting the first lesson.

My experience in interior design is zero. My knowledge is zero. I am able to be introduced to this new focus with a wide variety of instructors with varied backgrounds. I look forward to learning new skills and new perspectives for decorating and design. My next area to explore will be gardening and floral arrangements,

I have always been very interested in Interior design, have taken short courses here and there but my life was never settled enough to spend as much time as I would have liked. Friends who were designers helped me out, again, here and there, so this wonderful, new opportunity to follow those who are professionals and passionately interested in the art of designing a room to calm or excite, delight or awaken curiosity and pleasure or to offer peace and well being is more than exciting for me! Thank you! And, , through the internet, I can follow along when I can. It is just wonderful! Thank you, thank you!

Although I grow seeds a lot it has been helpful to see slightly different ways of doing this. Also the main enjoyment for me has been to see some seeds I haven't ever tried.
Also the organisation and planning of what to grow is something I never do and this has been really good, and seeing Clare Fosters garden full of the most amazing flowers is lovely too.She is very clear ever so inspirational and yes I'm enjoying it very much.

I simply love the collection of artists Create Academy has gathered and the polish of each video. Truly inspiring!

the stories were great. this is my first class and thought it might have more How-tos. I haven't looked at the guide yet so will do that and may find more there.

I fell in love with Create Academy after watching Arthur Parkinson's gorgeous course on Growing a Spectacular Garden in Pots. Now I am on my second annual subscription and I'm always eager to see what new classes will be released next. I'm never disappointed! My subscription is a way to escape, find inspiration and encouragement, and indulge my creative side. The course instructors are stars in their fields, yet they radiate generosity as they share their knowledge and career experience. These courses are worth watching just for the beauty, as well, due to top-notch photography. For those who love gardens and interiors, Create Academy is a must-have.

This is a fantastic course - l have learnt so much not only about what flowers to plant, when and how but the easy way Sarah transforms them into marvellous arrangements. Not only does she make it look easy - it IS easy and l now have the confidence to play with arrangements in a way l never would have done before this course - and guess what? - they look amazing!!! And that’s before l get into the main picking season! Recommend this course 100%

I purchased a year membership and have completed three interior design courses so far, each one has been incredibly insightful, engaging and thoughtfully delivered. The accompanying workbooks are a fantastic addition, providing beautifully organised takeaways alongside the many pages of notes form each lesson. The new course with Emma Sims-Hilditch has been the standout for me — exceptional and deeply inspiring. I’m already looking forward to completing many more courses and can’t wait learn in some new areas. Highly recommend, would make a perfect gift for anyone who loves interiors or refreshing their own home!

I joined Create Academy almost 2 years ago when we were at the later stage of a custom build. Having access to these expert creators, leaders in their fields, gave us the tools and confidence to make good choices for ourselves.
It is so exciting to login and see people I have followed for years, sitting with me in my living room, sharing ideas to add beauty to our home, inside and out. I am also discovering new creators that are inspiring. Create Academy never gets stale. There is always something new and wonderful to discover. Worth every penny.

I am absolutely LOVING the courses, however, I am frustrated as my gift code doesn’t seem to be working and I have been charged for the courses despite being given a year long subscription to the entire website. I hope to resolve this soon.

Would have been 5 stars. Courses are great and really good quality. However I have just seen a pending transactions for this year - no email to see it was coming out on the date. I thought got access for 12 months no idea the payment would go through automatically. This seems to be a reoccurring theme with these online sign ups… that charge without warning for the next year ahead!!

I find it hard to follow and maneuvere, not what I was expecting. Some of the lectures are too wordy not teaching.

Love the gardening and floristry content - it has been a joy to learn along with the likes of Sarah Raven, Dan Pearson - really fantastic and also therapeutic! I cannot fault it. What does concern me is the annual renewal, which I notice someone else has also mentioned here. Create Academy, you are required to send timely reminders by email and I definitely did not receive one. When I complained it was handled swiftly with no quibble, but I am concerned emails are not getting through so please can you review your process.
