Well put together and well thought out. The Business English Module adds enough information to the main Diploma training to provide confidence when considering a more niche teaching objective. The familiar format of bite-sized training, with a quiz at the end of each module, works well and keeps the motivation at a high level.

No full refunds
I made a wrong purchase and the website says 14 day money back guarantee. In the fine print it says FULL refund within 14 days. Then below it says May be subject to service fee which is confusing. If there is a fee then don’t say it’s a FULL refund. I was charged the service fee even though it said FULL refund on the website and requested only a few minutes after purchasing. Just know that you will not get your full money back.

Invasive marketing
I found there were an excessive number of emails per day and my antivirus software identified TEFL Institute tried to track my location 45 times. I find this to be invasive and unnecessary. A reputable training organisation should not need to resort to this level of marketing,

Just to clarify, all students receive their online PDF certificate free of charge after successfully completing the course. There is no additional cost for this.
The only optional fee applies if you would like to order a physical hard copy of your certificate. This charge covers the printing and delivery costs.

Miscellaneous topics.
The 30 hours teaching young learners course was about detailed description on how to teach different age category children like very young learners, young learners, and teenagers. Moreover, they attached a videos of the interactive classroom with teacher and children's.
Each module describe the incredible values of the topics. Additionally, it has more reference link to gain better scope of knowledge for particular topics. Furthermore, explicit and precise content with activities for differ learners.
Throughout the course was engaged with miscellaneous topics with useful scope of knowledge for learners.

We would like to clarify that your experience was based on our free trial offer, which is designed as a short introductory preview rather than the full TEFL course. The purpose of the trial is to give an overview of the course structure, platform, and content style, rather than the complete learning experience.
Our full TEFL courses are significantly more comprehensive and include detailed modules, assessments, tutor feedback, and ongoing support. As such, the free trial may not fully represent the depth or quality of the full programme.

Refund policy is far too inflexible
I enrolled in the 180-Hour Level 5 Diploma and realized after the first assignment that the workload was not manageable with my full-time job. I also don’t feel the course information did a proper job of explaining what the course work would entail before registering. I requested a refund one day outside the 14 days period. They denied it and said the 14 days goes off the registration date not the access date. However I only had access for 14 days and 11 hours at the time of my refund request. My experience has been a negative one overall.
