Made the whole mortgage process easy and stress-free
Simon has been amazing in dealing with my mortgage. He spends a lot of time going through everything and is happy to explain things multiple times so you know the best way to go forward. Contacted him through a recommendation and he literally started dealing with it that day, even though he was already busy. It was my first time dealing with a mortgage and he's made this whole process go so smoothly. 100% recommend.

Reassuring and professional service
I have used Craven financial services on a couple of occasions. The first being 5 years ago for the mortgage on my current property and also assisting in re-newing to a new fixed rate. Simon whom I dealt with was very professional and always very reassuring and helpful in the stressful process of mortgage applications especially when you are in the process of buying and selling a property!
During the applications Simon gave very non biased and a good range of options in terms of the best route to go when applying for a mortgage. I felt in very capable and trustworthy hands.
The customer service is really second to none. I will definitely be using the service again in the future and would highly recommend using Craven Financial services.

Craven Financial have given me and my partner so much support through buying our first home. Simon always goes the extra mile to ensure we are satisfied and goes above and beyond. Simon is always flexible with times whether you need to speak first thing in the morning or late at night and that goes a long way.
