Incorrect information
The website incorrectly advised that my purchase was in stock and available after making a reservation for physical collection. It turns out that it was not available and that I would have to order it online. I don't understand why the customer service aspect doesn't include ordering products internally in order that the customer can simply pick it up.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience caused by the stock information shown on our website.
When a Click & Collect or Reservation is made online, our website currently displays stock availability across CPAP Victoria as a whole, rather than the stock held specifically at the clinic selected for collection. This means an item can show as “in stock” because it is available through our online store or another location, even if the clinic you’ve selected doesn’t currently have it on hand.
We completely understand how confusing and frustrating this can be, especially when you’re expecting to simply collect the item from your chosen clinic. We’re aware of this limitation and are working to improve how clinic-specific stock availability is displayed, although it has unfortunately been a little more complex to resolve than anticipated.
In the meantime, you’re always welcome to call or email us before coming into a clinic and we’d be more than happy to check the stock for you in advance and confirm availability.
We also really appreciate your feedback regarding internal ordering for collection, as we understand how much easier that would make the experience. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, we genuinely appreciate the feedback and apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
