The drawer I bought the MDF is a crap

The drawer I bought the MDF is a crap, and I will never purchase again. Sales representative are slow, they had carrier mistakenly sent in two parcel to me and leave at my home and call, pretend there’s no their mistakes. Damn disappointed, I will not trust again. Definitely 1 star, if I can choose no star and I definitely will and I cannot express my frustration on this.

Worst company I've ever dealt with

Worst company I've ever dealt with. The customer service sounds like robots. I've been waiting longer than the timeframe they give on their websites. It has yet to arrive and they've used covid as an excuse, as well as a typhoon. I am planning on contacting my bank and reporting the purchase as a fraud company.

***it's funny this is their response. An automated bot telling me to email them which I have been and nothing has been solved. This company is a FRAUD and should be stopped from doing business in the US. 40% of over 300 reviews is rated 1 star, that should tell you all you need to know.

I should have read all other reviews…

I should have read all other reviews prior to committing to buy. Firstly the item delivery took 4 month. Secondly we received one box out of two ( good for nothing ). Contacting customer service is pointless as all you get is an automated response and empty promises.
Will wait another week for delivery and will dispute with PayPal.

good furniture but weird business model

our order arrived finally after exactly 3 months
the bench is really nice. the chairs are ok - obviously real leather is always going to look nicer

it was stressful ordering with cozymatic but I guess if you are ok with their business model (long wait times, minimal tracking et c) go for it.

there were no instructions on how to build the furniture either

i purchased a floor mat from this shop, which i find the exact same one from tao bao. however, tao bao is like 1/10 of cozymatic selling price. the product is delivered from china, totally not worth for the price

this seller cannot be trusted at all

this seller cannot be trusted at all. bought a MAGNETIC knife holder as advertised but they delivered a very normal wooden knife holder. contacted them and they insisted that they sent the right item. told him they misrepresented and not ethical in online sales. wanted me to send back to them at my cost and will only refund 80% to me. be cautioned - NEVER BUY from this unethical seller.i posted comments on their Facebook and they just blocked my account and delete the comments. Same with Instagram, bad or adverse comment they just delete and block unhappy customers. Very unprofessional and maybe a scam.

Service provided inconsistent with customer service responses.

Customer service was great when it comes to responding to your queries however, their responses were misleading or not very consistent to what can be delivered.

Asked for installation of light several times and was given an ideal response that ended up unfulfilled.

To be honest it is quite disappointed…

To be honest it is quite disappointed this time. The status of my shipment didn't updated this time for few weeks since i bought the thing. If I didn't ask to follow up, the status didn't update immediately. Also, the shipment is out of my expectation. I waited around 1 month to get my thing. It is not so efficient. I dun know why. This is the first time to have such bad experience.

Terrible Customer Service

I live in the US and purchased a bookshelf with 60” length. Do, not a smalI pack. I knew I’d have yo wait from 6 to 8 weeks to receive the package. After 2 months it arrived damaged. Probably the poor packaging help to ruin the bookshelf panels.
In order to get a refund, since I don’t wait to wait another 2 months with the chance to get another damaged package, Cozymatic wants me to return the damaged large item, pay and pack myself and after they receive the package refund me less than 100%.
The say $85 is for restocking. Why would you need to restock a damaged furniture. I provided at least 8 pictures. And also pictures how the cardboard looked and I got it.
If you can avoid buying from them do yourself this favor.

Quality not good as ad

Quality not good as ad.
Over priced.
Attractive ad and lots of pushed post to make me buy from them. Goods are from China and I can get the same things from Taobao with 30% price.

Won’t buy anything from Cozymatic again.

The advertisements are very attractive

The advertisements are very attractive. The product sucks. They come ckd (ala Ikea)....but unlike Ikea's the screws dont match the holes and hence the product cannot be properly assembled. Tell them your problem, and they tell you to return the item. How the hell do you return an armchair???

Good design but poor delivery …

The desk we ordered arrived earlier than expected and looks exactly the same as in the photo. A small part of the product was not painted properly, lucky it is not very noticeable. The delivery was not good as the delivery guy simply refused to deliver the desk to our apartment and claimed that we only ordered door to door delivery and asked us to contact the seller. Really ? When the desk is on the street? Isn’t door to door delivery means delivery to our apartment door as we have clearly stated that we live in an apartment building with lift? So my husband and I had to borrow the trolly from the delivery guy and brought the desk up ourselves. What if the purchaser cannot do it themselves? Are you going to leave the desk on the street? The website should be clearer on this.
