Never got my order -- disgusted

This is my second exceptionally poor experience with a company that is apparently shipping furniture from China. Never again. Here I am having ordered two chairs MONTHS ago and somehow the logistics company sent them to someone else in a completely different state and this company, Cozymatic, is doing NOTHING to assist me in getting my order. Has not offered me a discount, a refund, or any help. So at the moment I'm out $450 for chairs that are presumably either on a random truck somewhere or headed back to China or lost forever. I'm so disgusted and infuriated.

They are not trustful company

They are not trustful company, no reply to complain, but reply straight away for a product enquiry.
Phone number showing, but never connect.
They won’t accept our FAULTY item to return and refund.
It is not Australian Standard products.
Do not buy any from this company.

The worst experience in my life

The worst experience in my life! I ordered a cabinet end of 2021. The legs (only) arrived within a few weeks but the main cabinet did not arrive till 4-5 months later! Customer service sucked. Not helpful at all. No one could tell me when to expect my shipment and nothing on the website indicated it was being shipped from China which I found out the hard way when it arrived at my door in an exposed crate which was damaged in transit. Again customer service sucked and my only option for damaged furniture is to either ship it back with my own money OR open up everything, assemble the cabinet to and let them know what was missing and damaged. Item cost $500+ I was given a "discount* of $70 to keep the product and not ship it back to them. Somehow none of this seems fair. Crate still sitting in my garage.

Product quality is satisfying but…

Product quality is satisfying but customer service could be improved. Also there was confusion within the product descriptions, I got my cushion cover without the actual cushion at a price I paid for both.

Do not buy anything from here

Do not buy anything from here. Apart from the fact that shipping took over 2 months, They shipped our piece of furniture to the wrong freight company, with incorrect tracking information. I spent hours on the phone to Toll, UBI and cozymatic customer service and ended up having to go and pick the item up from the freight company at the airport. Still haven’t heard back from Cozymatic, so disappointing.

Pushing your patience to the limit.....

After such a long wait (3 months +), the products finally arrived. Honestly, I would never thought I will see the product and firmly believed will never get refund! Particularly scam is happening every day.
Ok. 5* for the product quality. No doubt. 1* for the customer service. Lots of aspect they need to work on to improve. i.e. regularly keep customer update on progression. Phew....

I would be very hestiant to do business…

I would be very hestiant to do business with this company. I feel like they ripped me off by selling me a cheap Chinese rip-off of what they had a picture on the website about. AVOID unless you can't resist.

Bought a couple of U-shaped side tables…

Bought a couple of U-shaped side tables in Walnut. Quality was good! Took a bit longer than usual to deliver, but as I wasn't in a hurry I didn't really mind. Would I buy again? Most likely if the same thing happened - best to allow for logistics delays :)

Product quality is generally good but delivery takes ages.
There was one defect found and the staff kindly explained that it was due to poor handling during delivery. Thankfully, they are willing to partial refund it and let me keep the item

The hinge of the door The TV cabinet…

The hinge of the door The TV cabinet that I have purchased was not functioning properly.
I could not close the door as the door dropped downward after closing.
After examination by me, I found both the hinges were not properly fastened and one of the screws were improperly tightened as it lost its function permanently. I was just asked to amend by myself. There is not technician support by this company in my country (HK) as far as I know.
Very frustrated and disappointed by Cozymatic. It can be much better.

Beautiful design a few hiccups...

It is a beautiful design and I received our cabinet within a few weeks of ordering and undamaged luckily, it was also very securely packed. Putting parts of it together were sometimes tricky but succeeded in doing it. The quality is not as high as I hoped, but you do get what you pay for. My daughter is very happy with her cabinet and it is definitely more unique than the average ikea (mass chain designs). It's a beautiful cabinet and was very pleased with the free shipping all the way from Singapore to Hong Kong.

It took five months to get our end…

It took five months to get our end tables and when we inquired we only got the runaround, never a direct answer. Then they arrived damaged and one of the legs was a full inch and a half shorter than the others. We didn’t know the company was based in China, or we wouldn’t have made the purchase.

Late, Damaged, No Resolution

Product arrived late, package was heavily damaged, damage to product. The only resolution offered by the company was a voucher to the company and I have no interest in ever buying from them again given my experience. Recommend avoiding.

Good quality furniture at a reasonable price

Product is true to the picture and is great quality and not too expensive! Delivery was a bit slow but you have to expect that I guess with Covid shipping issues around the globe.
