If I could give a lower rating I would! Bought the beaded Halloween tree, came with most of the beads/decorations missing, emailed them, crickets. When my son saw the advert I'd bought it from he said "obviously AI". Should have checked here first, I normally do! Gutted as it was a gift, we were both extremely disappointed when we opened it. Too much of this these days!

If 1 star was an option I’d do that! Ordered the beaded Christmas tree and they are absolutely nothing like the advertisement. Completely unusable and a total waste of money. When I’ve tried to contact them about it they were unhelpful and unwilling to accept a return. Total scam

BE WARNED! One star is to DRAW YOUR ATTENTION! IT IS TWO MUCH for this company, DO NOT entertain them, DO NOT waste your money!. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT TRUST, DO NOT BUY A SIMPLE ITEM or anything from this company. IT SCAMS YOU AND TAKES YOUR MONEY! STEER CLEAR! This company should not be allowed to advertise on any social media page. The owners of these social media pages should be made refund any and all payments that people were scammed out of, because they should be made check all companies that advertise on them. I will never order anything that is advertise on Google pages again. Shameless thieves!

I ordered a DIY Christmas tree. A box of assorted beads to make a Christmas tree what I received was nothing like the advertisement. It really wasn’t worth the money I spent. I have tried to contact the company several times but my messages don’t get through. All I want to do is return the item and get a refund but I think that is going be out of the question as they don’t answer anything.

I would give this zero if it was available .. scam merchants .. item received which was beaded Christmas Tree nothing like what was advertised .. waste of money .. I intend to take this matter up with Paypal and Uk Trading Standards .. tried to contact the company on the email address displayed on their delivery message to me but my communication was returned undelivered. Please do not buy from this company..

This company is getting unfair comments I think.
I was too impatient and too quick to judge and wrote a review that I felt was right at the time but in hindsight I should of waited a bit longer before writing a review
The items I paid for did arrive within the time they said upfront (15 day's).... I think my initial concern was that it was far too long await for the product I paid for but what made me write my 1st review was the fact after I paid I had no contact with the company, not a clear way of checking and tracking my parcel and didn't get to speak to an actual person on the phone... All those factors made me highly concerned..
I HAVE RECEIVED MY ITEM'S I PAID FOR, IN GOOD CONDITION AHD DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE.
It would be very unfair to this company if I didn't write this review explaining my first review

I never received the order and a few days after ordering I had fraudulent activity on my card, luckily this was highlighted by the bank and my card blocked

I would put NO STARS if I could ..I ordered from NOTHORA for collagen stick and got some crap from these awful people and what was in the stick DOESN'T WORK and actually feels just like VASELINE on my skin DON'T BOTHER and be VERY CAREFUL when ordering items ... A BOGUS COMPANY called COZYFOLK yeah right

Please do NOT from this company. They are scam merchants.after I asked for a cancellation on an order, 3 minutes after ordering, they waited 2 days then said it had already been processed.

Ordered plumbing stick x2 and was sent a totally different product acting as a face tightener.do not buy from this site😡

I purchased three sets of fluorescent car tyre valve caps from this company. They are totally useless, you have more chance of seeing the light of the moon through a jar of treacle. The company failed to respond to my emails and I have now initiated a chargeback through my bank. Avoid this company

Stops me buying from scam sellers

I ordered a valentines card 3 weeks ago and paid £4.99 delivery. It arrived today 4 days too late!!

Not recommended. No answer to emails. Not received order after a considerable time.
AVOID.

Not even a one. Ordered retractable luggage straps. Sent manual ones. No contact since sent 2 e mails.

Rubbish service.

I ordered two puzzles on 12 Dec 2025. I have contacted cozyfolk at least four times. Asking them to cancel the order but they still haven’t. I still haven’t received them. I wish I had looked at the reviews beforehand. Beware don’t use them

Ordered a pop up book for Christmas with 2 volumes. It arrived well after Christmas and instead of 2 different books, it’s the same one with different covers.
Will attempt to return, but after reading reviews, I’m not hopeful. £44.00 down the drain

I ordered a game for Christmas and paid £5 for delivery for a £30 game. They took 10 days to even place the order then ship from China. By which time Christmas had been and gone. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t as it had shipped. So I am waiting for a game I don’t want and don’t have my refund. Avoid
