Got the side table
Got the side table. Multiple holes that should have been there were only about 2/3s complete so I had to drill them through the rest of the way. The wood was a little warped, and so the pieces wouldn’t go together perfectly, and made it really difficult to put on the bottom piece. The Velcro isn’t strong enough to hold the wrapping around that the cats are supposed to scratch on and it’s slightly too short. If the mat would stick to the side, it would overall look pretty good, even with the build issues. But as is, the mat is basically half hanging off.
Overall, not good. For the price, I would definitely skip it.

I would give it a negative number…
I would give it a negative number rating if I could! 2 months later still not assembled! No receiving holes for the many screws used to assemble this nightmare. Not even heavy duty cordless screwdrivers (we've tried many) will penetrate the wood frames. Will have to hire a handyman to try & finish the product! Very sorry I ordered it!!!

The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent; they went above and beyond to help me find the litter box liners that fit our cat box. We couldn't be happier with the CSR, the litter box, and liners. Thank you!

Most excellent outdoor cat shelter
The feral cat shelter came quickly and was well packaged. Cleverly designed with easy-to-follow instructions for assembly. High attention to detail, countersunk holes for the screws was a nice touch.

Wonderful Catio!
Great product, easy to assemble, screens and frames already assembled, just screw panels together. Beats trying to build one from scratch. Directions were a bit backward, but can be figured out. My cat loves it so much I’m considering buying another one and adding more space!
