Cowal Building & Plumbing Supplies Ltd Recensioni

This is a very well run, efficient and friendly company, I always go to them for my DIY plumbing requirements, and they give advice if I need it, what more could you ask?

Ordered kitchen worktops and vinyl flooring from the comprehensive selection in the showroom and with a lot of help from John behind the counter we were very pleased with the service and quality we received.
Everyone we dealt with including the delivery drivers were very helpful and polite
Thanks very much. !!

As always great service. Excellent range of products and choice. The guys are always friendly and helpful.

We recently popped into Cowal building supplies to look at decorative white chips. Saw something we liked and spoke to Rachel Bates at the counter. What a joy to get good old fashioned service. Very polite, very efficient. Made the whole process painless and delivered within days. Fabulous.

It was not just the fact that Cowal offered us the best deal in the area to supply all the materials for our new summerhouse, it was also the friendly and helpful approach to us by Rachel.

She gave us ideas that helped us save money and allowed us to get loads delivered in smaller quantities that we could cope with.

All in all she made what was an arduous diy projects a lot easier than it might otherwise have been.

The guys who delivered to us were also pleasant and helpful.

The only negative I can think of is Rachel was unable to stop the rain.

Great value for money.

Good Communication especially around delivery and super friendly and helpful delivery driver

Last minute order

No problem dealing with the Dunoon depot who accommodated mtyrequest and delivered the material early

John the driver phoned me to make sure he was dropping the delivery in site at a place suitable to me.

First class service with excellent customer care. Gill was extremely professional, efficient and nothing was a problem to organise. Will return....

Always receive excellent service and
great after sales.
Thank you!

This was our 1st transaction with Cowal - very easy to deal with, very helpful, very friendly staff (especially John) with great sense of humour.

Excellent and fast.
But it would have been good if the delivery had been placed a bit more conveniently for my car access

Simple to use web site. Swift confirmation of order, receipt and when order has been delivered. Only thing I would like to have seen would have been notification of delivery day. Other than that top notch service.

Prices are competitive but where CBPS really scores is the staff. Never met nicer more helpful staff than those at CBS Dalry from the guys in the yard to the people on the counter and their outstanding and very prompt delivery drivers. Our other local builders merchants should take a moment to consider their own customer service !

Simple webiste to use for ordering and quick delivery. Happy all round with transaction.

Absolutely top notch service! Been using cowals for landscaping and building materials for a while now. Everyone is so helpful, the guys in the yard help in anyway with helping with materials, the office staff are great, Craig the manager will sort anything for you and then there is Rachel who has only been in the company over a year but what an asset she is, nothing is ever a problem, top star rewards are needed.
