The quality of the fabric was of high standard I bought this for baby clothes and it’s softer than I expected. Brilliant. I will definitely look at this fabric site again. The fabric was value for money.

My initial fabric order had a lot of…
My initial fabric order had a lot of marks and catches throughout the fabric . I didn’t open the bag of fabric for a few weeks as was busy so ordered another three metres to compensate for the damaged fabric . They sent the wrong fabric out then argued on the phone with me telling me it was the same . It was clearly a completely different fabric type . They then sent more fabric saying it was correct and again it was wrong . No apology . finally they said they didn’t have anymore of the original fabric and only refunded me for the extra three metres I bought . Lost £50 on fabric and had to rebuy elsewhere for a customer . I would never use this company again .

We’d like to clarify a few points. When you first reported the damaged fabric, we accepted this and arranged replacements to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We sent the fabric out again on multiple occasions in an effort to help.
Regarding the concern about the fabric being “different,” as stated on our website, slight variations in colour and feel between batches (lots) are a normal part of the textile industry. These differences can sometimes be more noticeable depending on the shade and production run, but the base fabric remains the same.
We understand this situation has been frustrating, however we did make several attempts to resolve it and provided a refund for the additional order. We also take customer service very seriously and do not tolerate poor conduct — our intention is always to assist and resolve issues fairly.
We appreciate your feedback as it helps us review and improve our processes.
