excellent service on phone everthing explained clearly

The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She was able to get my premiums down low enough and u didn't feel pressured at all which is a blessing when you're feeling nervous about getting insurance to help cover your funeral. She is a treasure!!!!! I felt completely at ease but she was happy to explain things to my husband when I asked her to (I have ptsd so its hard for me to remember things properly) .

A lovely, down to earth lady, Emily, made the whole process fast and easy, she didn't try to sell me anything l didn't want but made my options clear.

I thoroughly understood the terms and conditions when Kieth explained them in a precise and clear manner. Keith was very attentive when listening and gave relevant clear answers to all my questions, indeed he was the reason I chose this policy after listening to 15 minutes sales jargon from one of your competitors sales team.

The person dealing with the application was easy to deal with and down to earth, explained the proceedure to me with great care even when I was slow to understand and had to keep going over with me I was very pleased indeed.
