Absolutely disgusting service.

After many phone calls to this company l have been informed that they would resend my voucher. It arrived with zero balance. Then transferred to the Marks Spencer voucher team who informed me they sent a voucher in March 26 and it has been used,

COVER TODAY PREVIOUSLY INFORMED ME IN APRIL I WOULD NOT GET THE VOCUCHER UNTIL END OF MAY/ JUNE.

IT WOULD SEEM SOMEONE IS NOT BEING HONEST.

NOW I AM INFORMED THAT I HAVE TO WAIT 10DAYS FOR THE VOUCHER TEAM TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER .

Kelvin was very polite. He spoke clearly and gave me time to understand and ask questions. He was thorough in his explanations.

Absolute rediculas compney.With staff who think it's OK to giggle when trying to make a complaint. Just be carefull ov the gift option it states gift voucher available after making six payments but then goes on to state or when the value of payments exceeds voucher total. This was never explained on sign up an as considered confusing.. the after six payments wording should be removed and exceeds words left and after having a very unpleasant advisor.( Natasher) who thought OK to giggle and refuse to lodge complaint. And when I said il cancel our policys she couldn't do it quick enough I'm glad I canceled mine and my wife's policy. If her boss would like to replay the phone conversation that are supposed to be recorded please do.. I have other over 50 policies with other companies no issues certainly do not misslead you. Absolutely shocking
