Ben was really pleasant, very helpfull, and not pushy in anyway. We 1st spoke about 3 weeks ago, and I said I needed time to think about it, and he was happy to give me time. Really pleased I made the right choice in the end. Full cover from day 1 and being able to make changes with no admin charge, definitely sold it for me.
