I am waiting for a reply regarding a return of the curtains for a refund and/or to replace the grommets with standard size grommets that will accommodate a 1" tension bar curtain rod. I have not found any tension bars that fit the undersized grommets that are on the curtains you sent me.

Cover for portable bbq
I appreciated the attention to detail that the designer showed by going the extra mile to verify the dimensions with me. However, although it's a well-made, sturdy cover, it's a bit too large( by 2" or 2&1/2" on all sides); I would have preferred it to be more snug fitting.

To ensure ease of use, we do allow a 1" to 2" leeway on all sides for smooth installation and removal, especially for custom-fit covers. This slight flexibility helps prevent stress on the seams and fabric over time. That said, we understand your preference for a snugger fit and truly value your input — it helps us continue refining our designs.

Update 10/22/25 Improper fit with cushions
Updated to 5 stars. After submitting new measurements to include the cushions, and paying the agreed upon 65% of the replacement cost, the new cover fits well and easily handled recent high winds and rain.
Many emails were exchanged to ensure that the measurements were accurate and the correspondence was always timely, courteous, and respectful.
I was pleased to receive my crescent-shaped sofa cover a few days earlier than expected.
The cover material and colour came as ordered. However, the cover is too small, and does not fit properly. I triple-checked the dimensions before submitting the order. My intention was to cover the sofa with the cushions still on, and that is probably the reason for the bad fit.
I recommend the company provide a "tip" to future customers, to include the cushions when measuring with the intend to cover the cushions and sofa.

Patio sofa cuchions
It was good to have the opportunity to review the mockups and make changes prior to finalizing the order.
Cushions were exactly as ordered - no surprises.
It was bit confusing trying to understand what welting was and if I wanted it however the designer was able to provide me with pictures of actual cushions which helped. Mockup of the different welting styles would help.

The worst experience I ever had…
UPDATE-The company send me a replacement cover , it was a very long process that I had to provide full of video with tape measurement . Not obvious for an older woman like me . It was to make sure it fit … well it did but arrived again with many stained that I had to wash as per their own request… I do not find this company professional.. The communication was better , that is why I am change to 3 starts instead of one ..
I received my cover very dirty and didn't fit my Storage Outdoor box. I sent Pictures & Video , opened a ticket . No answer .. I called the customer service , Line is so bad , so much noise , couldn't hear well the agent ... I am so dissapointed and desperate ... The worst experience I ever had ordering online.. very bad website , bad communication.. my order came didn’t fit my outdoor storage, came even dirty with bad black stain … I open a ticket and no reply despite I’m sending email. No one is answering.. I do not recommend this company at all .. I think I loss my money and no cover 💔
unless they wake up and treat me with respect I am really not impressed at all

Patio Furniture Custom Covers.
I ordered custom covers for my patio furniture. The design department were very thorough in reviewing the measurements that I provided. I had measured one of the chairs incorrectly (twice!!!) and this was noticed and queried, allowing for correction before the covers were manufactured. Delivery was on time. The covers are well made and look great. The packaging is excellent with an additional bubble wrap internal envelope. I'm very happy with my purchase and am confident in recommending Coversandall to friends and family.

Custom fit with Designer fashion appearance.
The custom covers fit perfectly. We really are impressed by the cover for the curved sofa. Not only does it fit right but it has a sown seam along the front curved portion giving it that superior fit and designer look. The covers were delivered on the exact day as scheduled. I definitely have no reservations recommending this company.
