What a process!
What a process! Did not remember getting an e-mail about my order for dimension confirmation. There was no follow up when I did not reply. This caused me to wait and then contact customer service to see what was going on with my order. I therefore had to wait much more longer than usual.Very frustrating to say the least.

Perfect Fit
The designers were very thorough with our measurements making sure everything got relayed back to them before they made our custom cover. Came pretty quickly and it’s heavy and excellent quality. We will not need to worry about it blowing off of our sectional this winter as it fits perfectly and is a heavy weight. Thank you!

Very poor quality
I bought a significant amount of shade to cover&all and I received a very poor quality product with many issues. I contacted customer services and after a month of emails, pictures and videos, they now just ignoring me. Don't do business with them.
