Nothing but trouble from start to finish, had a minor accident , advised to pay it off in full which I did and then my premium went up 200%
Impossible to get to speak with anyone if any authority- complete shambles

As discussed with our Senior Sales Advisor, it appears the advice to settle the claim in full may have come from Reserv, the claims handling company. If you can confirm when and how this was advised, we’re happy to investigate. If it was Reserv, concerns would need to be raised directly with them.
Regarding your renewal on 4th July, we’ve reviewed the policy and cannot see a 200% increase. If you’d like to go through the figures again, our team is happy to assist.
We also apologise for the difficulty in reaching someone initially. Our Head of Sales did attempt to contact you, and we’re glad you were later able to speak with a senior member of the team.
