Alot of missing information in their policy booklet when u enquire about it they have no idea and if u cancel the policy you will be charged the high prices.

They didn’t mention anything about 100 service change when I took the policy and made the payment over the phone only noticed it when they send the documents

To clarify, the £100 service charge is part of our standard administration fee, which covers the setup and ongoing management of your policy. This information is included in the terms and conditions discussed during the call and outlined in your documentation after purchase.
