Fantastic agency to work for. Maisie and Charlotte are lovely. They genuinely care about all of their clients and only put forward roles which meet your requirements and skills. Communication is frequent and they remain up to date with your availability in order to find suitable roles to suit your schedule.

I’ve had a busy first term with County. Their team are really responsive to questions and are genuinely interested to hear about your experiences after a day at school. I’ve had a constant flow of work (I work 2 full days) and it has all been planned in advance via text or email so no early morning calls which works well for me. It’s a shame that payroll is out sourced to another company as this comes at a cost. That aside, really great agency to work for.

County Teachers usually provide a lot of work, most of which seems to be at primary level. Once or twice I have been asked to cover subjects I was not qualified to do (namely P.E.), but got through the day. They deal promptly with issues one may have while supply teaching.
