Terrible. I placed an order 24/11 trying to be organised.still no item nearly a month on. No response to any emails or phones calls and deleted comments on FB and Instagram. Have requested a refund and still waiting for some sort of reply. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible costumer service. Impossible to contact the company after a purchase

Placed an order on 2nd December (totalling €151.50), heard nothing from them, contacted them a week later by email after spending 2 days trying to contact them by telephone which no one answers only to be told that
“It has not been dispatched yet
We are a Kelly bit behind due to Black Friday and cyber Monday
This should be leaving us early week due to no courier pick ups today” (copied and pasted from the email I received). I have since sent 4 emails, left 2 voice messages and called no less than 6 times and I have still not had a response of any kind. Needless to say they have taken my money and not delivered my order. I have since emailed stating I am cancelling my order and requested a full refund which hasn’t been acknowledged either. An absolutely appalling level of customer service, would not recommend in any way for anything and a business that should be avoided at any cost.

Excellent supplier, I purchased a rolly ride on tractor, their price was better than any other outlet, they delivered to me quickly and free of charge. I would highly recommend them.

I can not get them to reply to me. I can not get ahold of them on the phone so I’ve emailed multiple times. They have replied twice. I messaged on Instagram and got told my parcel is with dpd then email they didn’t have it in stock. Spent over £450 with them and nothing. I’m trying to cancel my order and they won’t reply to me. Absolutely awful to deal with. I just want my money back

Excellent customer service by Lisa. Got answers to all my questions and even got back to me out of hours. Processed my order quickly and it arrived exactly when I was told it would. Couldn’t say a bad word.

We are using this product for a year. The new bottle delivered here is different to the bottle with the hook and we find it more difficult to squeeze the solution out, which is a bit of a problem if you have arthritic fingers, like we do. The product is equally as good, but wonder if the bottle with the hook is still available.

The item I ordered did not arrive as expected. I called and was told that the item would be delivered by Monday. Item did not arrive again, Called and was told that there was a problem with the supplier. At no time was I informed of the delay either by phone or by email. I ordered from your company because your an Irish Company but am very disappointed by the service.

Order just three weeks ago and only received Order to day . After number or emails and delivery company had Order for 2 weeks so more like 3 weeks not 3-5 day delivery as claimed on ordering . Boots ordered were perfect box wasn't in good condition torn and bashed.
