Enquired about next day delivery and was told it would arrive. And it did!

Previously used a different seller for same product and waited a week to be told it was not on its way so this site saved my bacon!!

I have never had a company so easy to deal with ordering was so easy it was a pleasure, the carrier notified me that they had received my order again notified me they had received the package when it would be dispatched and again when it would be delivered and it arrived earlier than the time given. Five plus stars.

Description of the lawnmower I purchased was wrong on the website but they would not take responsibility for the error blaming their supplier. After a lot of hassle they accepted that the lawnmower was not what I wanted and arranged a return as a 'goodwill gesture' never mind that I was within my consumer rights as the goods were not as described.
They do not give compensation despite the fact that I had to be in for a whole day for the collection and I had wasted my time in constructing and then dismantling the mower.
I wouldn't use this company again as, according to them, nothing is their fault, replying to emails takes forever, and they clearly don't care about customers once they have your money. If you do decide to use them check the description of your item with what other companies say as they clearly do not value accuracy.
Their reply to my review mentions that they gave me a discount on the mower they finally supplied. However, £20 hardly compensates me for my time and all the hassle I had to endure to finally get the product I thought I had ordered in the first place.

Very impressed with Sitebox customer service. I ordered a very large industrial fan during the recent heatwave as I was desperate to get something to cool down my house. It arrived a few days later but I immediately realised I had made a big mistake. Too powerful and a bit too noisy for home use. I called Sitebox the same day and said is there anything I could do. They Immediately said I could return it and get a refund. Very happy with them

In short they were even cheaper then the same item on a well known auction site.
The back pack leaf blower I had ordered was dispatched the next day and was delivered within 48 hours of me placing the order.
They didn't use a dodgy courier service but they used Fedex.
