Misleading photos, not waterproof, shipped them to the wrong address at first, definitely made in china and look like it.

The covers are ok, a little on the thin sude and they dont really fit all that well they aren't big enough and dont go all the way around, even though J called and someone helped me to pick the sizes.

Excellent customer service - helpful and responsive.

The couchskins were easy to apply to my couch (top cushions can't be removed and bottom can), look great and dogs can't shift or move them like my last blanket-like doggy couch protector that I constantly had to put back in place. I'm getting a second set for when I need to launder the first set.

I was unsatisfied with the color of my covers. They asked me to take a picture in a dark place with my flash on. When I refused, because it made no sense to do so, they sent me a fraudulent address for a return. Although you will receive covers, this company is a scam, I wouldn’t take my chances.

The product is of a very nice quality. And it fits my cushions very smoothly. I'd have given it a 5 star review if it arrived more quickly. It took 2-3 weeks.
You do need to wash the covers immediately. They arrive with a very unpleasant chemical smell.

Very pleased with the look and the softness of the covers. No more beach towels!

The fabric looks and feels better than I expected. They fit great, even on the odd shaped cushions. They are so easy to put on it won’t be a chore to wash and recover the couch. Most of my friends have dogs and so far they like them too.

Just as ordered and recommended, arrived quickly.

I am still trying to return my purchase over two weeks later. I bought 2 four seater covers I paid almost 300 dollars for the pair. I was told 5-6 day shipping but it was more like two and a half weeks but that’s fine I didn’t care about that but when the covers arrived only one fit on my two piece sectional I was trying to cover l. The big side was two big for the cover. Besides the obvious problem of one side not fitting I was not happy with the material it was very thin and polyester to the touch not soft or smooth like I would expect. But remembering the 30 day no questions asked policy I simply emailed the address given and asked for a return shipping label and I got an email back the next day asking me for photos of the covers and the couch’s and asking me what I was expecting basically I just messaged back reminding them of the 30 day policy. And now nothing i’ve emailed several times and I don’t get any response. It’s funny because when I was emailed trying to order, I got my response back in hours but now that I’m just asking for a return shipping label something very easy and something promised to be given to me in the first 30 days and I cannot get that from them.

Turn around quick. They could package better and put near the door. Will do the job but not very heavy duty.

I Loved the color, design and quality

I bought waterproof couch skins because my 13 year old yorkie sometimes “leaks.” On day 1 of using the couch skins, this happened and the wetness went right through to the couch cushion.

I asked for the information to get a refund and was told I would have to pay for the return postage.

The product was falsely advertised as waterproof, so I not sure why I have to pay for any part of the return. And, I have yet to receive the information I need to return the product.
