I phoned your shop this morning at 9.30am to enquire about a jacket I liked the look of on your website. I don't shop on the internet, I prefer to try on in a shop and buy in person.

The phone was answered by John. He explained that as it was spring season coats had been packed away, but would check the computer.

I gave him the code from website and I was told there was 2 in my size in different colours in the shop. John took down my mobile number and said he would call me back when he had located them, as they was packed away in boxes.

I got a call back less than 30 mins later to say he had found both and they were hanging behind the counter for me to come try them when it was convenient.

I came over, but the young lady serving said he had gone to another store, however she was expecting me and she had been told to reduce the price, as they were more expensive in store than price advertised on the website.

Please pass on my thanks to John. That is great service I received and as I couldn't decide which one I preferred, so I purchased both.

We was really pleased with the service and the store had lots of choice, as well as helpful staff. It is also set within a really nice garden centre. We have never been before as our local one is at Wheatcroft, but after our visit today we will be returning again.

My wife bought this for the older weather and she absolutely loves it great quality

Faulty zip again, no exchanges in store. Have to reorder each time. So disappointed with the whole system. Free delivery to store is costing us 2 trips to return to store and then again to pick up.

Customer services didn’t help to chase couriers who were behaving badly.

This is second pair of these Sandles I have had,I got my last pair two years ago and they still so comfortable, I wear them all the time, they are a good fit and wear well,would recommend them

I liked the coat except that the collar was very stiff and bulky

Called into Cotton Traders whilst at Gates Garden Centre, very friendly Lady who assisted both myself and husband! Good to see items that you have seen on line , always like to see quality and colour. Overall a good experience!

I ordered a coat and trousers for my husband but received two pair of shorts instead. The correct details were in on the deliver note in the parcelo and correct address on the outside. Still waiting for reordered items to arrive.

This morning we went into store with gifts received which were too small. We didn’t have receipts so didn’t really expect that the store could help. We could not have been more wrong! Laura and Julie could not have been more helpful or considerate. They were professional, helpful and kind. After listening carefully to us and checking details on line for us we were able to find replacements quickly. We both felt valued and we will certainly return. Thank you both very much.

I was looking for a specific item and Google led me to Cotton Traders. The choice was very good and their website was easy to navigate. The buying process was also very easy. I received my item within 2-3 days and they were a perfect fit meaning the size guide was accurate. The quality was excellent too. Overall I would recommend Cotton Traders.

Sadly had to return a couple of items to large, excellent experience for returning goods no hassle quick and efficient service. Even apologised for it being wrong my fault entirely. Only wish all returns are this hassle free from other retailers.
