where is it?
This order (for polo shirt) has yet to arrive more than two weeks after the purchase. I have complained to Cotton Traders, and no reply to that complaint has been received either

I ordered on line a man’s summer short…
I ordered on line a man’s summer short sleeved shirt when I received the striped vertical colours were to bold so I have returned it to via Post Office on 11th July but still waiting for a refund and it’s now 15th July.
I hold a post office receipt and this is the barcode no Vx 152992295 GB hope you can help.

Easy to order and try on with click and collect
I ordered a pair of shorts online and requested click and collect. They arrived quickly and I was able to try them on in store. They fitted perfectly.

Disappointing . purchases of clothes…
Having made other purchases of clothes from cotton traders I was a little disappointed with the quality of finishing off the shorts I bought. Not bad enough to send back but I had to trim excess stitching on both pairs and fix the named hook on 1 pair. Just a little disappointing from new shorts.
