Ordered online, goods arrived early, goods were exactly what I ordered. Have purchased items from Cotton Traders both online and in store at garden centre and "The Valley"at Evesham and had good results every time.

Ordered online collected from store. I bought the floral jacket while it was in the sale, it's pretty, fits well , true to size & will be useful right through to Autumn as its lightly padded. I like the pockets & zip up front. Only disadvantage to me is that it's polyester, I would have preferred cotton.

Excellent service and very useful that on line purchases can be returned via your local Cotton Traders store. Original purchase was too big so on recommendation from my local branch purchased a further two smaller sizes and returned two items to my nearest branch. Staff members were very helpful. Thanks to Tina and Darren and Jane on the day of in store return. Refund was super quick.
