Gift review was not available using…
Gift review was not available using Firefox or Safari. I had to order and then email my message. When I emailed my message nobody got back to me. I had to call in and then send another email and this was confirmed as being added.
I then got a message the next day from someone else saying that message had been added and I then emailed back to say it had already been dealt with as far as I knew. I believe as a Corporate buyer the above put me off using you again. The Port, however, was liked very much by our client.

As an independent company with a small team, we do our best to respond promptly, but unfortunately, our Customer Service Manager was out of the office due to illness on the day of your inquiry. Taylor's historic collection
Having been notified by Taylor's that the fourth in their historic collection bottles was being released, I realised that I had missed out on the third. This was my first order from the company which came quickly and securely packaged and I have pre-ordered the latest release for March.
