First things first, like the previous reviewer I wanted to go local for my new front door so found Cotswold Composite Doors online.
Steve fed back quickly, pointing out a minor incompatibility in the spec I'd created for the door and checking that his alternative suggestion worked for me. He came round to measure up (twice as there was something he wanted to check). On the day it was identified (unfortunately after removal of old frame) that the door was a mirror image (i.e. hinged the wrong side) so it was fitted while the replacement was being prepared.

2 weeks later Steve confirmed replacement had arrived from the supplier and arranged a date the following week to fit it (and finish up the work to make everything look nice). Fitter attended again on this date and did a lovely job finishing things up. Given the doors are made to order, I doubt it could have been dealt with any faster, and Steve kept me in the loop all the way through.

Very happy with the way Steve managed the whole process end to end and with the final outcome - the fitter did an excellent job. I would recommend to anyone, things won't always go perfectly but Steve and Co did a great job of solving problems as promptly and effectively as possible.

There are so many companies offering Composite Doors, who do you choose? Well we wanted to go local, (not a fan of these national companies offering bog standard products) that was our first priority and support a family business. We came across CCD, their website drew us in as it was one of the best in terms of detail and how you could create your door. That led to us arranging Steve to come around to discuss options and further details about their product. And we could not fault Steve and his team from that moment on. He was able to advise on colours to suit our home and the quality of their composite doors was the best we had seen. Good communication throughout and the fitter was a credit to the company. Attention to detail, efficient, tidy installer and cleaned up completely afterwards. And finally the door looks absolutely great. I would highly recommend this company and their products, trust me you will not be disappointed. Brendan.

Steve was very professional from the start, explained everything clearly and made some suggestions which I was very grateful for. The door looks great and you notice the quality in difference from the door removed.

Fantastic experience with Steve at CCD. Booked in a consultation and then I had to rearrange. Nothing was too much trouble. Steve then came and quoted a basement door. We agreed on the price and booked the installation. Lovely workmanship. All done on time and within budget. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Great experience from start to finish. Easy to use online design service. We had an unavoidable delay due to the snow, but fitting was rearranged quickly and Steve kept us updated throughtout. Would happily use again, and recommend.
