Brilliant customer service and excellent products.

Unfortunately time and time again we are disappointed with this company. Items have arrived broken, mouldy and in poor quality. How they can continue to provide items for children is beyond me. We recently ordered an item from a third party seller. It arrived and we were so disappointed only to work out it was a cosy item again but hadn't realised.

i have purchased many items from this company over the past year and although quite expensive for a small childminding setting like mine the quality is fantastic and the items will last for many years to come if looked after correctly.

The outdoor wooden equipment is sturdy, attractive and built to last. I have had so many complements about it from parents. I also LOVE their small world resources. Lots of natural resources and lots of resources full of colour and texture for all areas of the curriculum.

On occasions i have had to contact the customer care team. Lucy and Agata on their Instagram account have been particularly helpful. The problems have been quickly resolved. I will most definitely be buying again in the very near future. Thank you so much!

Excellent own brand products made with massive input from those working with children themselves. Excellent customer service too.

Footballs were smaller than expected but do the job.
Chimes are fantastic and just what we wanted.
Plank stacker wasn't quite as weather resistant as I was expecting for outside play equipment, but after a coat of weathershield it looks great.

A wonderful array or resources that offer so many opportunities to children. Products are of high quality and always as stated by description from the website. An absolutely fantastic team of friendly staff who are always helpful with any queries.

A super nice webshop with many natural (unprocessed) materials. These materials can be used very well for educational activities, but also many beautiful open-ended materials that your children can use themselves. They have products that stimulate both fine and gross motor skills. So something for everyone! Highly recommended and the service is also fantastic! I hope that Cozy will one day have a branch in Europe, because then I will buy the entire webshop empty! I would eventually like to have more stuff from Cozy, because we are really a huge fan!

Such imaginative, practical and exciting products. We've just bought 3 of the whiteboard outside tables. They are the best I've seen in 23 years!

I visited the yard sale yesterday and had such a lovely experience. All the staff were so attentive, offered advice and support with no delay. The event was well organised - just a shame everyone was so quick with the bargains! Products are lovely as always and such high quality.

We’ve been to the Yard Sale today and oh my goodness, it was AMAZING!
Very well organised on arrival and the process was clearly explain. They also had lots of free breakfast pastries.
The staff were super friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We got so many bargains today and can’t wait to use them in the classroom. It’s absolutely worth a visit. What a morning, we are still on a high!

I'm extremely impressed with the professionalism and products of this company. My order was initially incorrect and the customer service manager, Phil, took immediate ownership of the problem and sorted it effortlessly. I would strongly recommend this company and would definitely use it again.

We ordered an item back in June 2022, for our nursery children, which has still not arrived. We received a third invoice yesterday demanding payment despite me having a conversation, a few hours before, where I was told that the item had been cancelled by phone back in November last year which is not true. I have phoned this company so many times, only to be lied to continually with 'it has been dispatched' or it will be with you in the next few days' and then finally, 'the order was cancelled' but still invoicing us. The customer service team are of no help at all by not being honest with us and not calling back at the agreed time. The item has now been re-ordered, just because our nursery children are waiting for it, but if we have anymore problems, it will be cancelled. I don't recommend using this company at all.

Supposed to be delivered in 5 to 7 days. After 3 weeks nothing, wrote to the company........... no response after another week the goods arrived. The goods are fine but they really could do with improving customer service

Very poor customer service. A package was delivered with missing items and no effort was made to rectify the situation. They made accusations over email that I was lying about the missing items.
Appalling company.
