Received items. 7 pack of wooden stepping stone logs. They turned up mouldy as heck and 3 of the larger ones are a completely different look to the others :(

Where is my order?????
I placed an order back in November and I still have not received it. I contacted customer service I received an automated message saying order was fulfilled. The tracking number is not valid that has been provided. Not sure what is going on and customer service is not responsive!!

We love Cosy products
We love Cosy products. My childminding setting is full of a wide range of items that have been ordered and delivered over the last few years. Customer service has been efficient in dealing with a couple of small issues we have had and everything has been sorted quickly. My main issue is what to choose to purchase next!

Fantastic company!
We received our shape viewers within a couple of days of ordering and we are over the moon with them. The quality is fantastic (always is with Cosy) and the children love using them to identify different shapes. Would 100% recommend!

Trog towers
We recently got some of the little wooden “Trog tower” houses from Cosydirect and they are perfect for our small world play set ups. They inspired us to make our own play characters and I’m sure they’ll go on to spark a lot more creativity and play.

Order paid for in mid-July still not delivered by late October.
There is still no sign of the sand we ordered and paid for on 14th July to equip a children's sand pit for summer this year. We are a charity staffed by volunteers and the funds for the children's play area have been donated in good faith for the benefit of local children. Clearly we are not going to set up a children's outdoor sandpit in October so this project will have to be deferred until 2024, and we will have to explain to our donors that due to shockingly poor service from a commercial company, CosyDirect, we will have to delay the start of this project.
It is absolutely appalling that CosyDirect has had our money for over three months and has failed to deliver the goods we ordered, or to keep us informed of any progress or delays without prompting from our part.

The sand is fulfilled by a third party and our records indicate the sand has already been delivered, I'll obtain the proof of delivery from them and reach out to you directly to resolve any outstanding issues you may have.
Recommended
Prompt shipping, great products, what's not to love! Products came well packaged were delivered promptly. Great company for the above reasons but also because of the brilliant range of products stocked. I really recommend them for schools and homes looking for top quality learning resources.

Lovely staff at the end of the phone. Very helpful with any queries we had. The products arrived when stated and the quality is fantastic. Our childminding children will love them.

Just ok.…
Ordered bamboo sheets for the first time. They're soft, but very thin. Also, the top sheet does not stay tucked in, very "slippery". They're cooler than other sheets, but probably won't order again.

We have nothing but love for this company and their products. We are a Nursery and Reception class with a Forest school on site. We have many resources for both indoor and outdoor and find them all to be extremely well made and hard wearing. The team are extremely helpful and handle queries quickly and efficiently too.

The best natural resources
I have been so impressed with Cosy, I cannot recommend them enough! Their products are beautifully made and encourage children’s curiosity. They are well made and last! Cosy Direct are absolutely amazing
Cosy Direct are absolutely amazing. We have kitted our whole forest school out with Cosy products. The resources we have are made from beautiful wood and natural materials. Their customer services are brilliant and always available to help with any questions. I can’t recommend Cosy enough. I’m excited to get more Cosy products.
