LOVE LOVE LOVE - fantastic value for money and a lovely fragrance as well. What I hate about normal perfumes and colognes is that they're alcohol based. Not with Cosy - water based! No ridiculous markups and super safe for the skin (adults and children). Love the founder Effiena as well she's an inspiration - can't wait to carry on using this brand and seeing it grow!

Bought 3 perfume oils, for little bottles they pack a lot of scent (they don't cause headaches though, even though they are strong scents). None of them leaked during delivery but could really smell the scent on the packaging.
Delivery was quick & well updated.
I didn't need customer service for anything to do with my order so I cannot review or comment on that. But delivery was quick & scent of the products is fantastic.

ordered 4 body sprays - order arrived in a small flimsy envelope, and the royal mail guy said they had to put it in another bag to deliver as something has leaked - on opening the envelope, which i video'd, all bar one of the sprays has broken packaging meaning 3 were empty and the 4th spray top wouldnt work as it was saturated in the other sprays.
On emailing ( i sent pics and video) i was again asked for pictures, which I sent.
I then received a refund (after chasing) but not for the £3.50 postage - i had to email again to ask about the postage as this should also be refunded - i got a bit of a abrupt reply saying that they have to claim from RM so could take a couple of weeks, but as a gesture of good will they will refund - i replied stating that a claim for postage is down to the poster, not the customer so this should have been refunded at the start - i also advised that they need to look at customer service as apparently they dont offer replacement orders, i've never heard of this before - all in all it was an awful experience and one I wont be repeating. I would avoid at all costs to be honest as whoever runs this company needs to go a customer service course and learn about refunds (especially to do with postage!)

Cosy cosmetics is amazing, lovely customer service and the girls on lives are so lovely and useful. Amazing quality products and great value for money 10/10 would recommend. I also tried some of my friend's products and I thought they smelled good and my favourite was cherry cola.

I can't thank Cosy Cosmetics enough the products have changed our lives they dont just do amazing value mists no look a bit closer you will find their skin care range made from scratch on site with different ingredients for specific types of skins not only amazing prices but they really work 😀 also hair products that have contributed to my daughters hair growth after having post sepsis trauma and loosing lots of it. Go check this company out small business from "up north" all heart ❤️

Im not sure where to start, im absolutely obsessed with cosy, my 1st purchase was the big bundle, followed by hand spritz then perfume oils. Im not far from owning all the collection now. These scents are incredible and super long lasting. I will definitely be recommending cosy to anyone and everyone 💕

Absolutely love cosy cosmetics all there scents are next level the inspired by ones are better then the originals! The body oil has really reduced the look of my stretch marks and scars so thankyou cosy for giving me back my confidence 🥰🥰🥰

Cosy cosmetics have an amazing variety of scents and products at a really affordable price it’s a small business with all Uk made products that are natural products, vegan and cruelty free. Their delivery is fast too with free delivery on selected products and orders over £22 Royal Mail 48 tracked which is amazing as you know exactly when you parcel is arriving.

Order arrived half empty with the box soaking wet. Ordered via TikTok shop and no one will resolve the issue. I’ve also emailed a few times.

I ordered via TikTok, and they got part of my order wrong. They refunded the wrong part but they don't offer replacements meaning I'd have to order again to get the product I actually wanted. But, I ordered with free delivery. Now, I have to pay delivery which costs £3.50. So the £4 they refunded me for *their* mistake means nothing because I'd have to spend all of that on delivery. So, they make a mistake but I'm the one who has to pay nearly double to get the product I wanted. This is not a fair business model or practise.

I've ordered from Cosy before and had no problems, but now I won't because their customer service is so terrible. Not only did they refuse to help me, but the chat is so slow it's impossible to really talk to someone about the issue.

It's a shame because I really loved the Cosy products I've tried. But now I'm scared to order from them again because what if they get it wrong again? Then I have to fight to get customer service to respond *again*, potentially pay double for a product I've already bought because of their mistake *again*... I just don't trust them, and I'm so shocked by how they've treated a customer who has ordered from them multiple times before. A really horrible and upsetting experience.
