The Rolex software was not up to date so when the new charger was installed by Costelloe it did not function correctly. Costelloe stuck at it and believing the fault to lie with the Rolec hardware, changed out the the charger for a second, speaking rto Rolec all the while. Eventually Rolec got the software working. By way of apology, Costelloe provided us with a wifi booster. The system appears to work now. Costelloe say what they mean and mean what they say. Good outfit.

Prompt and clear communication throughout. I was lucky to get a next day available slot to get my EV charger installed. Two professional engineers arrived before time, whole process was smooth, within a couple of hours job was well done. I have no reason for not to give them less than 5 stars.

We had our EV charger (Hypervolt Pro 3) fitted and Costelloes EV did a fantastic job right through from the quote to the installation.
Tony did a brilliant job fitting the charger making sure we had the charger fitted exactly where we wanted and with the cable discreetly fitted. He talked through the installation from start to finish and even helped with the set up on the app.
We highly recommend their service!
