Tracking number stated that my order had been delivered. It was Not delivered. I contacted customer service and they told me that since ups said it was delivered they were not going to do anything. So I don't have the product I ordered and I'm out $210.

It was good, the boxes were damaged but the product was ok.

She processed my order, offered me a discount in apology for a temporary glitch in their online service, and follow through to make sure that my order was delivered as promised. How often do we consumers ever, EVER receive such wonderful competentservice? My answer is, “almost never,” so I do appreciate it when I do receive it. The Laura Mercier pressed powder I received was a fake product. The batch code wasn't authentic. The powder smells sour. I contacted the company, which is gmail, not a company email. Still haven't heard back to get the return approval.

I found a better price on another website for one of the items I had just ordered through CosmoFactor on the previous day (the other two items I ordered cost considerably less at CosmoFactor). I called and spoke with a company representative and he offered to refund me the difference in the price, which I greatly appreciated.

Found the item I was looking for at a great price. Received timely confirmation and was kept updated on delivery. Bought on 9/3 and received on 9/9. Packaged well and received in good condition. Would purchase from CosmoFactor again.

I bought Kevin Murphy Angel wash and have used this product for many years. The fast shipping was great but my product was watered down and didn't even lather in my hair and splashed out of my hand when I used the pump. I don't think it was a genuine product. I am getting a full refund. So disappointed. Will pay full price from now on!
