Cosmic Collectables is a new online based collectables company. Our goal is to bring affordable prices to customers all over the UK. We make this possible because we trade solely online so we can be extremely competitive with our prices. As collectors we know how expensive the hobby can be, so it is our goal to help customers save as much money when building their own collections. We absolutely love these communities and as a big Pokemon collector with a lot of friends in the hobby, it is always an enjoyable experience when talking/trading. Oversold on Yugioh product and did not deliver on time. By the time it was canceled cost additional money to buy it from elsewhere.
Communication was good but the right response would have been to purchase the product from else where or fulfil with the current allocation

For this reason, we reached out to your after we received the first invoice, unaware that suppliers would then contact us with further invoices. We are sorry we were not able to supply the order for the release day in this instance when we first contacted you. We have, however, sent you an email regarding your order. If you cannot find what you want from somewhere else, we are now able to fulfill this for you.

One Piece TCG Booster boxes
I had preordered two booster cases but due to stock shortages they were unable to fulfil my order. I received a very polite and informative email which explained the issue and although I didnt get what I originally ordered, the CC team were kind, polite and still managed to ship products to me on release day and refunded the difference within 2-3 working days. I will continue to support this company! 5* customer service and quality of products!

I've purchased from Cosmic Collectables…
I've purchased from Cosmic Collectables on several occasions - their prices on Pokemon cards are very good and delivery is speedy.
My last order was delayed due to Royal Mail strikes but Cosmic Collectables kept me constantly updated which is not always the case with other outlets.

Rectified my review as a result of excellent personal customer service , can’t really blame the company for bad luck Pokemon draws, however had better ones in the past hopefully will be better next time didn’t feel like got as much as previous times
