Miles and the team were fantastic, from my initial consultation all the way through to my 8 week post op check up, and I believe they will continue to be very supportive (Miles told me I can email at anytime with concerns and I can have a 1 year post op appointment). Miles instantly put me at ease and I am beyond happy with my results - Miles is an absolute professional - his results and work are exceptional! Miles and the nursing team were so good at calming me down (I am very anxious regarding operations/surgery) and they put my mind at rest and were very calming. The nursing team responded to my emails and calls during my recovery in very good time, which was so helpful. Miles and his team were also super informative the whole way through the process.

I was in for a double mastectomy and nipple graph and Dr Berry and his team were absolutely fantastic. The care I received in hospital before and after my operation was top tier and the nursery I got during my follow up appointment to get my stitches out was incredible. I would highly recommend Dr Berry and his team :)

Excellent care from everyone involved from start to finish. So thrilled with the outcome which IS life enhancing. For years I wanted this done but I put it off just wishing every day that some magic would happen and I’d wake up the next day with the problem resolved - and in actual fact - that’s pretty much what occurred! - I went into the Wellbeck Hospital with a problem that had made me miserable for my whole life, had the op, and DID wake up afterwards with the problem(s) gone! … and the outcome has exceeded my expectations. But then I was in the care of a very skilled and talented surgeon. The pain, well can’t really say pain - bruising and tenderness but I was up and about immediately - walking the dog (off the lead to avoid pulling) by day 3. Two months on back to normal, looking after my neat scars as instructed, and even these will fade (but tbh even if they don’t the outcome is still a million times more attractive than before). - I am really SO much happier. Thank you.

Top surgery with Mr Miles Berry- Incredibly friendly staff that couldn't do enough to help. Miles Berry himself is a talented surgeon who makes you feel confident in his ability as well as being friendly with a comforting sense of humour. I contacted Lindsey the most from his nursing team although I have never met her but she was so lovely with prompt responses that never left me guessing what she meant. When my surgery had to be postponed due to an issue on my end, she couldn't wait to get me booked in for the next date so I had something to look forward to. Nurse Abena dealt with me in my one week post op appointment and she explained everything I needed to know in a way that was easy and friendly so that I could look after my scars and grafts in the best possible way. Julia and Christine are other members of his team who helped me that I assume deal with admin but regardless of this they answered all my emails promptly and had all the answers to the questions I had, surgery or admin related. To focus on the surgery itself, I spoke to both Mr Berry and the anaesthetist beforehand who made me feel at ease despite my nerves and Mr Berry was happy to tailor my chest to look the way I wanted it. He also visited me in my room the next morning to make sure I was all okay and his team checked up on me when I was home later that day. I never once felt forgotten about or neglected, something I believe is very important when recovering from a major surgery. I am incredibly happy with my results, the grafts look very good and the scars are thin and straight, just as I requested. I can't think of anything I would change about my experience. Mr Berry is the man to go to for top surgery in the UK!

From the very first consultation to the last, I felt safe, cared for and heard by Miles and the team. The structure of the consultations and the way every single step was explained in advance meant that what might otherwise be a jarring and unpleasant experience was actually quite fun. This was my first surgery, but Miles' professionalism and clear, direct manner meant I felt in safe hands right away.

And I was! As a non-binary person who's not on testosterone I was worried that a masculine chest would never be achievable for me, but the results have exceeded my wildest dreams. I also had almost no pain: literally just a couple of days of taking paracetamol.

In addition, the amazing Lindsey answered all my post-surgery worries (mostly pointless fretting about nipple graft health!) so promptly and kindly and made me feel like the opposite of a bother.

I returned for my follow up this week after removal of a keloid scarring from a previous surgery.

Miles Berry having removed the scarring tissue last year reviewed the scar and treated part of the keloid that recurred with a steroid injection and had another removed and sent for biopsy as he was concerned that it looked tender. Although he thought there was nothing concerning thought it was best to be sure.

Miles on both occasions explained in detail that the scarring may recur and gave me instructions on aiding the healing process.

He made the whole experience from the initial scar removal to the follow up very comfortable and always warned me of any discomfort or pain that I would experience during the course and after the treatment.

His team was very professional and friendly making my experience very comfortable with making appointments to suit me especially with the time and date of travelling and the information provided prior to the treatment.

Mr Berry is an experienced and professional surgeon who is excellent at what he does. I had top surgery 6 weeks ago and my results are excellent! He listened to what I wanted and took the time to explain what it entailed.

Great communication, great after care, excellent results

I had top surgery with CSP 3 weeks ago and all their staff were absolutely wonderful in how comfortable they made me feel as I was very nervous. They're all very attentive and even called me once I was home to check up on me. The surgery went well and I'm recovering amazingly fast with very little pain.

Overall good experience from consultations, to the surgery and post-op care. All staff were friendly and helpful. My surgery results came out great and I couldn't be happier. There was a minor complication with my healing but they were accommodating in seeing me and giving the care and advice I needed to deal with it.

I had my top surgery with Mr El Gammal in May 2022. I'm very pleased with how my chest is healing and the scars are some of the thinnest and neatest I've seen on this type of surgery. It has given me a lot more confidence and a sense of ownership over my body. Mr El Gammal has a very professional manner and I felt secure at every step in the process. The team at CSP and the Welbeck Hospital are excellent- I never felt worried during my hospital visit.

Miles made me feel right at ease straight away in my initial consultation, and I had complete trust in him that he would give me the results I desired. I went in for an overnight stay surgery. I received an excellent standard of care from all staff, from pre-op to post-op follow ups. All staff were polite, friendly and knew exactly what I needed when I was unable to communicate this. 10/10 I’d recommend to anyone looking for cosmetic surgery.

I cannot recommend The Cosmetic Surgery Partner at the London Welbeck Hospital enough. The staff treated me so well during my top surgery in April and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. Mr Miles Berry is a fantastic surgeon and I am so happy with my results!

Initally my consultation was to be with Miles Berry in February 2022, but I had news in Nov 2021 that they had a new surgeon that could perform a mascetomy for me which meant I could get seen much sooner. I accepted, without knowing much about the surgeon but a quick search online made me feel better.

I met Mr Mohsen El Gammal and he was lovely, made me feel relaxed (as I was very nervous), outlined all the risks and told me different ways the surgery could be performed. He even illustrated how each of these would look and the pros and cons of each one which was very appreciated.

A couple of months later I was in for surgery, all the nurses were lovely and calmed me down before it was time to go down. Mr Gammal came in prior and made sure I was happy with the incision lines he made and the placement of everything. He then told me possible things that may happen, such as instead of two scars, having one massive one going across depending on how it looked (which did end up happening), but this was no issue for me.

I woke up very happy but soon fell asleep again. The nurse that I had was amazing and we even had a laugh together, which helped ease my anxiety of being alone in an unfamilar place. The next morning Mr Gammal saw me before I left to see how I was, how the pain was, and also show me pictures of what my chest looked like without the dressings. I love keeping an eye on how things are going so that helped me.

I had my dressings changed by a lovely nurse who was also easy to talk to any have a laugh with. Mr Gammal was leaving at this point but quickly came in to see how I was healing, and outlined concerns which were quickly dealt with.

They have continued to keep in touch with me even after surgery to make sure all is well, and made sure that I know I can go to them with any worries. The email responses are very quick and the people who message me the most (Julia and Lindsey) have been amazing.

The only things that I would say is that I would have liked to have seen pictures of mascetomies on the website, and make sure that it is known that Mr Mohsen El Gammal is operating there too.
