From my initial consultation with Miles until my check up at 9 weeks post surgery, every step was professional. Miles was patient and in depth with his answers and very informative about details I hadn't even thought of. The overnight hospital stay was comfortable and I was well looked after. I am a trans woman, I had breast augmentation with Dr Miles Berry in July. In the consultations Miles was friendly, informative and thorough when discussing the implications. The process of agreeing on size was importantly a collaboration on deciding what I wanted and what suited my body.

The experience at the hospital was exceptional. A nice room, lovely staff and good food. I felt very cared for and looked after. I appreciated all the information given to me on the day and afterwards.

The results of the surgery are wonderful. I couldn't be happier with the shape, look and proportions.

I have very much appreciated the dedicated nursing team during the recovery period. Lindsey has been quick to respond to my questions and help me calm my nerves and anxiety.

I had top surgery with Dr Berry in March, now almost 5 months post-op I can say I am very happy with my results. Booking process was easy and with minimal bureaucracy, I was kept informed along the way too. Surgery itself went very well with no complications and the healing period was relatively peaceful too, no doubt due to Dr Berry's surgical skills :) Nurses were very helpful before + after surgery when I had any questions.

Miles and his whole team were an absolute joy to interact with, right from their receptionist Julia to the nurses and staff that were there to support me right after my surgery.

As for Dr Miles Berry, I cannot thank him enough for his frank discussions with me and being realistic as to what I could expect. My results are much better than I could have ever imagined and it was amazing to see him just as happy with my results as I was. His reputation precedes him when it comes to the razor thin scar lines and it's amazing to see them on myself.
The nurses, Abena and Lindsey were also fantastic, they made feel at ease and were so accommodating of my needs. And on the day of the surgery the head nurse was lovely and definitely helped make me feel less nervous as did the anaesthesist Dr Jain.

I cannot recommend them enough. They were professional, warm and exceeded my expectations and gave me an excellent start to the new year.

Throughout the process, everyone I met was wonderful and so incredibly supportive.
