I have been seeing Dr Michail Malandrakis at Cosmedics for years now. First for Botox and later for tear trough fillers. Dr Malandrakis Is a consummate professional and extremely skilled at what he does. Most tellingly, this is someone who cares more about his work than providing unnecessary procedures and will tell you to wait if he feels it is not time to top up or repeat something.

I have recommended him to multiple people and each one has had the same excellent experience. This is not the cheapest treatment, but I feel the expertise and care shown is absolutely worth it.

Untrustworthy and misleading.
I was told a price on the phone for a consultation fee of £295.00 which would include an examination and then be told what procedure to take.

I paid the consultation fee and two days later I get an email saying there would be another charge of £175.00 for an examination!

So what did I just pay the £295.00 for?

They are charlatans and have no regard for their patients.

I cannot praise Dr Jenny and her assistant enough. She was very professional, informative and helped me with my nerves. I am very pleased with the results - a shaved excision. All costs were explained and as quoted. I would highly recommend.

Had 3 appointments with Martyn in Tamworth yet unable to get booked in again. I call, I even messaged each time saying will get back to me but never does. I always go back for a Botox top up but each time Martyn refuses saying brows should have movement, yet my brows still move too much. I am the client and know what I want. I am quite sure this is the reason why, not professional to keep saying will get back to me but never does. It’s also the only Aesthetics clinic I know that charges premium rate for calling. I have given up chasing and found another practitioner who I’m happy with and is a lot cheaper. Cosmedics is very overpriced compared to other clinics for identical treatment by trained Doctors.I do not recommend this clinic, far superior ones out there with good service and exemplary client results with care by a Doctor. But if you want poor service and pay for a treatment that does not give the results you discussed/agreed then go ahead. But my advice is to spend your money elsewhere!

Despite advertising a fixed price of £310 for a single mole shave excision, I was told at the appointment that it would cost £400. By this point I was left little choice but to agree, having already paid the £50 consultation fee. It’s misleading to advertise a fixed price and then increase it, as I would have gone elsewhere that would have been cheaper. Very disappointed.

Very professional and reasonably priced. Very pleased with the results of my treatment.

My treatment was so quick and easy.... and pain free. I was explained the full procedure before going ahead and felt reassured. I highly recommend Dr Perry and his team

Extortionately overpriced for what it is. I was shocked that to remove my mole, was essentially to shave it off and that cost £395. I was in and out within 10 minutes. To charge that much for such a simple procedure was shocking.

I will not be recommending due to their pricing. I also found the receptionist incredibly unfriendly.

Team is kind and welcoming. The practice is clean and the doctor was very professional.
However, I felt uncomfortable with the way the pricing of the treatment was shared. A price is given
verbally during the consultation and you have to say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ in the next minute, with both doctor and nurse waiting. It was much more than I expected and the situation made me feel slightly pressured to proceed.
When I paid, I requested an invoice and was told it was sent directly by email - it hasn’t been. I have chased them and haven’t received it yet. The price of the consultation was supposed to have been deducted but I don’t think it was.
The pricing on their website is pretty misleading as well. An easy way to fix this would be to give patients a print out estimate and an invoice.
