It's 10 out of 10. The bench is beautiful, great quality and we had carving which just looks amazing. All through the process, we had updates and clear 1 hour time delivery. Very professional. The driver who delivered the bench was courteous, helpful and placed the bench in the ideal location. I will be buying again soon.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Using the website and ordering a garden chair for my husband was easy.
I wrote special delivery instructions; the chair to be delivered to a neighbour's house as it is secret Christmas gift.
The delivery driver actually read my request and the chair was delivered to my neighbour. I thought this was excellent service and will use Corido Teak Furniture again. My neighbours say the chair looks wonderful and they may commandeer it!

Beautiful teak 2-seater bench
I had been looking for a sturdy 2-seater bench for use all year round. The bench I ordered is made from beautiful teak, very solid, well made and finished, at a very good price.
Delivery earlier than expected, already assembled.
I would certainly recommend this company.

Westminster bench
Really great service from Corido. Fantastic Westminster backless bench and seat cushion to go with it (the cat has already made himself at home on it in the garden). Good communications from the company - from order to delivery - and excellent customer service from Shathu. Delighted with my purchase.

Excellent product and service.
The service I received both when ordering and also with regards to the delivery was excellent.
Given that we are elderly, I rang to ask if the table we ordered could be assembled for us and it was done without any problem at all.
The chair is beautifully made and will soon weather-down to match our other teak furniture.

Trustworthy and helpful
Company based in Coulsdon where they have a showroom.
Rang for advice about delivery.
A very helpful human answered promptly and was knowledgeable and engaging.
The umbrella arrived in a couple of days and the quality is excellent, above expectations.
The wooden ribs go into a reinforced metal casing rather than the fabric itself. And the green colour is perfect.
Very happy.

Please note that your order was placed on 12th July as a pre-order, with a scheduled dispatch this Thursday, which is well within our standard delivery timeframe of up to two weeks. An email requesting delivery confirmation has already been sent. If you haven’t seen it yet, please check your spam or junk folder.
As stated in your order confirmation, the Adirondack chairs were listed as out of stock until 16th July. In line with our usual process, we aim to contact customers to arrange delivery shortly after stock becomes available. In your case, we were simply awaiting the chairs' arrival at our warehouse to confirm the date with certainty.
We value your custom and appreciate your patience. We’re confident that once received, your furniture will fully meet your expectations for quality and style. Should you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Well made bench, but poor delivery experience.
The web site buying process was very good. I gave me all the details needed to be confident about my purchase. The email confirmations about the purchase and initial delivery details were all as expected. The delivery was on the day specified and the bench is as described and good quality. BUT!!!
No timings were given for the delivery in the 1st Email. It actually arrived at 7.15 this morning, left outside our house with no covering in the rain. I only found out about this when I read the email sent this morning. No one knocked on our door or rang the bell they just left the bench and shoved a delivery note through the letter box!! Ridiculous!!
Corido you need to review the companies you delegate for deliveries if this is the best they can do.
