From the moment I called to ask about how to order a chair, to placing my order online, receiving the shipment and calling again for customer service; at every single step, the service and process has been extremely wonderful ! A great experience overall on my Core Chair - Tango purchase. The YouTube videos providing instructions, exercises and benefits are excellent.
Looking forward to rocking in the chair as I rock my work :)

I had forgotten to apply the 10% discount coupon during checkout on the web site. A call to their support center quickly resolved my mistake, and the refund was acknowledged later that day. Thanks!

The CoreChair is an extremely uncomfortable contraption. It gave me severe back pain. The materials are very bad quality, and the manufacturing is shoddy. The return was impossible, with customer service reps being rude to the extreme. Do not buy a CoreChair--it's all marketing hype.

Amazing chair and just what I needed! As a therapist I spend hours of my day sitting. This allows me to be present for my client and feel structurally balanced throughout the day. My only regret is that I didn’t know about this sooner.

Just set up my CoreChair Tango today and I can already feel a tremendous difference with the support of my core and hips! Can't wait to use it for stretching.

Very dissatisfied with chair and quality of customer service to process a return. The chair was not comfortable, and way overpriced. Would suggest a stand up desk for this price. When I requested a return, it took 3 attempts to receive a return label. The company advertises a money back guarantee but ended up charging a near $200 "damage fee" even though I only used the chair a few times. It's possible it was damaged during return shipment, but they provided the label and shipping service so that was beyond my control. They indicated they could not resell the chair, which is shady that they would even consider reselling chairs that were used for 60 days anyhow as new at this price.

I still sit too much, but my back no longer hurts after a 12 hour day. I do find myself correcting my posture and not hunching over my desk.

I bought the tango core chair and love it. It is the first chair that I have ever sat in that is actually fun. The chair does not take up much space and is very maneuverable, for free and easy movement around my desk. In the chair, I can and do twist around to keep my circulation going. Mostly, the core chair supports my spine, so, hopefully, I can look forward to better posture from a more strongly supported spine. The positioning of my rear and upper thighs on the seat cushion spreads out and balances my weight so the sitting experience is not tiring even after long hours at the computer.

The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was outstanding. My bandwidth caused the page to lag and unbeknownst to me I placed a duplicate order which a representative caught immediately and contacted me. Thank you, Lisa! This chair is rated highly by several consumer reports and web reviews with good reason. It’s saving my spine and looks great in my home office.

I bought the Core Chair Classic as a result of having to work from home everyday and suffering from intense back pain as a result of a car accident I was in years prior and sitting in a cheap office chair. What a life changing chair… my back pains have diminished significantly as my Core Chair does not contribute to the issues, rather it alleviates all the issues from sitting with a bad back. I bought the standard size (I am just shy of 5’4”) and it didn’t quit permit me to plant my feet firmly on the ground (thanks for the short legs mom!). When I called Core Chair for advice they immediately shipped out, at no cost to me at all, the chair post for the short chair and I was able to swap them out easily! The customer service was top notch! VERY friendly and super easy to talk to and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have been happier with this company or their chair! I have recommended them to anyone that will listen, especially those who suffer from back and shoulder pain from sitting.

Nice if the classic's tall/short options were more explicit, but otherwise a good shopping experience, especially as there are so few (4?) products

I have had my core chair since January 2021. I noticed slowly my sciatica and Piriformis syndrome coming back. Getting frustrated I took the chair apart but still didn’t know what to do. I reached out to the 800 number well after office hours. I didn’t even think to check the site to be perfectly honest. The gentleman who answered turned out to be the creator of this amazing chair. I have a tango and maybe should’ve gotten the classic but I’m on a budget. I saw it on Amazon and thought I’d give it a try.
Anyway back to the story. We took the chair apart. Did some realignment that I wouldn’t have even thought of or near the chair could do. We also were able to get it moving again. I’m not sure what happened but I could not adjust the height at all. Now my chair is working and I’m excited to try it again tomorrow. Really anticipating good results going forward. The customer service I received was beyond words. This seems to be a very customer centric company and this is one customer who truly appreciates that approach. Thank you for helping me with my chair this evening.

Love my core chair; despite delivery delays at their end, the company kept me updated and gave me options to change my order or wait a bit longer. I greatly appreciated the transparency; the wait was worth it - the Tango CoreChair is everything and more than I hoped for. Never felt more comfortable in an office chair despite spending almost 10 hours sitting in it.

I bought this Perch Chair to compliment my sit/stand desk at work. I LOVE it!! Such a difference being able to lean when in standing mode, or sit when it's in the lower position. Just enough rock movement to encourage ergonomic posture while grooving to music and making a desk job a lot more fun!
